They came highly recommended by a friend and offered a great price compared to the other companies I received a quote from. Alex and his crew were fast and efficient with the removal of a large water oak in which one of the two trunks had fallen over a few days before. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree services.

I have used this company for a few months. The quality is pretty good. However, they OFTEN arrive very early (like 30-60 minutes) and it causes a problem with my schedule.

Today, they arrived 60 minutes early, I was running a live webinar when they arrived. My husband told them that they can not vacuum because I was on an important webinar. This would not have been a problem had they arrived when scheduled.

They went upstairs and vacuumed anyway...my husband followed and closed the doors to limit the noise for my call.

They told him "it's not our policy to skip vacuuming" even though he told them not to today.

They then proceeded to vacuum RIGHT outside my office doors.

We would rather they don't vacuum at all then for me to potentially lose a client. We will NEVER work with this company again. It is clear the team today - Michelle team 23 - was more concerned with checking of their list than listening to our request.

When I called the office to cancel my service the girl answering the phones was not apologetic at all and made no attempts to keep our business.

This was our first time calling "It's Maid Day!" and we'll be back.
Michelle and Kathy worked very well as a team and covered three floors with efficiency and thorough cleaning. They were very pleasant, and still continued to stick to getting the job done timely. Thanks very much and see you guys next time! JP

It's Maid Day has been doing monthly cleaning of my house. Lyza and Joannie did a fantastic job yesterday. Very thorough cleaning which made me a very happy homeowner. I highly recommend the service, if you have a concern about their service give the office a call and I assure you they will correct the problem in a timely manner.

Crystal and Porsha did a great job cleaning my home. There was one or two small issues I found as I did my wall through with Crystal and she corrected it immediately. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely ask that they continue to clean my home on a monthly basis.

I cannot recommend It's Maid Day! enough. The staff are friendly, competent, flexible, and thorough. Bre, Crystal and Donna are the best! They clean my house just like I would and have great attention to detail. This is a great company.

This was our first experience ever hiring a cleaning service, and to be honest we were both nervous and felt a bit guilty about needing to do so. Booking was an amazing experience and the team showed up on time. After they left we noticed some spots that had been missed and we called to follow up. The team was back at the house in 20 minutes and addressed every concern to a T. I appreciate their eagerness to make sure we were satisfied. Excited about starting reoccurring biweekly service after starting out with a spring cleaning.

Originally had a team come out about 3 weeks ago for a "Spring Clean" and wasn't satisfied with the turnout. After calling to let the company know they were reactive & scheduled a team to come out today clean what had been missed.

The Team of Maddison and Cy (forgive me her name wasn't written down!) came over and got to work in a professional and excellent manner. They turned around my opinion about the quality 180 degrees. Everything looks great and the women were fantastic.

Crystal, Kristy, and Danyall were absolutely fantastic. When they stepped through my door, I knew I was getting a quality clean. Crystal took charge by doing an initial walkthrough and then did a final walkthrough with me. She handled my kitchen/living room area, Kristy and Danyall did my bathrooms and bedroom areas, and I think they all combined to do a few areas as well. I am really impressed with how clean they got our kitchen and bathroom. Not that it was super dirty but ya know, showers get abused sometimes. They even cleaned my ceiling fans which are incredibly high.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the level of service. The girls were kind, courteous, respectful, and got the job done. Having them here took so much stress off of me.

We signed up for the deluxe cleaning service every other week. This was our first experience with Its Maid Day and were very satisfied. Tonya and Arely were on time, very professional, and overall did a great job. The only thing we noticed were the blinds on the main floor were glossed over but in their defense we have ALOT of blinds. Overall a job well done and we are completely satisfied. We can resolve the blind dust on the next visit :)
