Maid Day did a nice job job on the cleaning of our house. It wasn't great but it was definitely good. They were punctual, polite and well equipped to accomplish their tasks. They spent several hours with what was billed as a deep clean. After they left we did note they missed a few things and some others were only halfway cleaned. Would use them again.

Kira from its maid day did outstanding job cleaning my home today. she was on time and constantly working until complete. Normally it two team member but she was along today and I was totally please with her services.

The maids of It's Maid Day are really excellent. I have the same team come and they do a very thorough clean in my house. They use the best cleaning products, have the technique that makes it look easy. They vacuum the hardwoods then use a cleaning solution on the hardwoods so each time they come, the hardwoods are cleaned. Tonya and her team are always on time and great to work with.

I have used Its Maid Day for maybe 3 years. I get a monthly cleaning. I have never had a complaint the whole time. They always do a great job. They consistently arrive on time. I am always at work so never see them. I love coming home to see how clean everything is. I have had several different ladies that come in pairs and they have all done great. Highly recommend them.

Today was the first time I used "It's Maid Day". I was very impressed with the job they did. My son got me this service as a Christmas gift and it was so nice to come home to a clean house after a long day at the office. Michelle and Kathy did a wonderful job! Thank you, ladies! Julie W.

I needed some help with specific cleaning projects in our new fixer upper. First job was to clean the kitchen before our move in. Tonya came and did a great job. I didn't know what to expect but she was so professional. She got right to work and knew what she was doing. Very pleased. The second job was to clean a dusty, dirty storage room in our basement. I was really glad to hear Tonya would be returning, this time with an assistant Stacey. These ladies did a thorough job. I will continue to use It's Maid Day and recommend them to friends.

It has been now several years that I am using It's Maid Day service for house cleaning. They are very professional. Jess and Kathy are the team that do the job at our house and they are GREAT! Very friendly, professional, very detailed and thorough, and many more. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, I need to update my review as the service has deteriorated over the last few months and I can no longer recommend this company. I found rooms that were not cleaned and the communication with the management was poor. When I left a message to cancel my service, no one called me back to asked why. They only called me because a payment failed to go through. I do not believe they are a well run business and would not recommend.

I recently had It's Maid Day do a comprehensive Spring Clean. They had a team of 3 people led by Sarah, arrived on time and performed a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. I found the company via Trust Dale and I have to say I was very happy I did. I highly recommend the service based on my experience.

Kira did another amazing job on our home! My husband and I were both working from home, but she was still diligent and cleaned the spaces where we work first in order to provide the least distribution to our schedule. Cleaning day is always my favorite day with It’s Maid Day!

We have been using Maid Day for a few months. They typically do a good job. Not exceptional but, good. Prices are great. My only “complaint” is I wish they would do a better job with my hard floors. Today I came home to see several foot prints from my front door to the steps. Team is ALWAYS nice and professional. It actually bothers me to not leave a tip but, you tip when you are happy with services. I’m content.

My boyfriend Luis and I had recently consolidated homes and needed Luis' townhouse to get a good clean as we finished figuring out how to organize all of our stuff. Michelle, Rhyann and Jana came over to conduct a spring cleaning, and boy did our place look GREAT! The windows were sparkling, the dust was gone and the kitchen and bathrooms were probably the cleanest they've ever been! They even made sure our dogs were comfortable with them being in the house. We loved the cleaning so much that we're now scheduled for deluxe cleans every other week. Thank you it's Maid Day and a special thank you to Michelle, Rhyann and Jana!

It seems we have now found a home cleaning service we trust and are happy with. Team 23 (Justine and Kathy) came in for a regular cleaning this month and did a fantastic job. We decided to call them again after seeing their work on a deep cleaning last month. Deep cleaning was done by 3 ladies whereas the regular service by 2.
They are punctual, understanding, hardworking and thorough in their job. We will be going on a regular service with them now.

This was a typical Cleaning day. It is expensive more than I was use to with my past services. But I do feel the company is bonded and Insured etc.I did have a repeat head managing girl and a new assistant this visit. I was pleased with their service. They were on time. They were cordial and remembered things from my training on my house from the last visit. I hope to have the same girls again.

My husband and I both work extra hours at our jobs. The last thing we felt like doing after those extra hours was cleaning house, but we would rally ourselves to do it week after week. Then, we had a epiphany! Why don't we see what this incredible company can do for us! We are so glad we did. The team does an incredible job getting everything cleaned and each time it is back up to our high standards. Each of the amazing ladies works hard and we appreciate them so much! We never thought we needed the help, but having the team here once a month makes a world of difference in my mental well being. It is well worth every penny investing in myself, my home, and my peace of mind.

Excellent cleaners! I am really excited that I found them and look forward to continuing working with them. They were all courteous and efficient. We moved into a home that needed extra TLC and as a multi-generational household, we have a unique expectation. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review was some minor shortcomings that I had to go back over (e.g. cleaned glass windows upstairs with same rag used for dusting which left streaks of dust on the window, missed some cabinets, etc.) but these were a more of an inconvenience and easy fix for me; but in good conscience there was room for improvement especially with paying the price for a Spring clean. However, I cannot say enough how hard they worked while they were here and that the team really seemed to care about the work they were doing. I look forward to having them come out on a regular basis and the relief it gives me! Thank you!!

The team was involved in a car accident on the way to my home for the very first appointment together. They called to alert me they would be late, and once they arrived they were not daunted and launched into full cleaning mode. Lyndsey, Cynthia, and Deborah are incredibly efficient together. We moved into our home 3 weeks ago and this was the first official cleaning. We feel so much more peaceful knowing our home is sparkling clean.
