The It's Maid Day team is great! Today I had a crew, Melinda, Marlene, Kathrine, and Klarce, and they did a fabulous job. I love that I have a regular cleaning day and the house is so nice after they are done! I definitely recommend them. Thank you team!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company with the move in cleaning service. To begin, the cleaners were supposed to arrive between 10:30am-11am on Friday and did not show up until 1pm. The third team member did not show up until after 3pm. The cleaning did not get finished and they told me they would have to come back on Monday which threw a wrench into the rest of my moving plans. I then had to vacuum and clean all the floors myself since they did not get to it in preparation for a professional carpet cleaning I had planned the next day. I also ended up cleaning all of the windows myself since the company would not get to it before my movers arrived. Paula who works in the office made the whole experience absolutely horrific and was truly the worst part of my experience. Paula called me all morning and demanded I pay the remaining 50% of the balance even though the cleaners had not yet finished their job and I cleaned the floors and windows myself since they arrived late and did not get the job done on time. I explained this to her and her response was “I just need your credit card information.” She then calls me again saying my husband “gave the green light” to go ahead and send her the payment. I called my husband and he stated he said no such thing and that the cleaners were still cleaning. Meanwhile, she is constantly calling the cleaning staff at my new home trying to rush them and have them not finish the job. Crystal was very kind and made sure to stay until the job was completed, despite the calls from Paula urging her to just leave and not finish. Although the cleaners who were at my home were very kind the cleaning job done was not what I paid for. Pictures attached for examples of many areas included in the move in cleaning that they failed to clean. Instead of alleviating some of the moving stress this experience made it worse and was a waste of my money and time.

Edited to add that the owners response to this review is a complete lie. They never once said the price would increase and since that was a lie I obviously did not agree to a made up increase in price. I had already paid the 50% deposit. I never once said I would not pay, but that the final payment would be made once the job was COMPLETED. The cleaning staff at my home apologized for the nonstop calls and texts coming from the office staff member, Paula, who kept on insisting I pay the remaining 50% even though they were still in the midst of cleaning. I never received one apology or offer to make things right. The owners response to this post proves a lack of responsibility and customer service.

This was our third visit from It's Maid Day and I think Melinda, Marlene and Katherine have provided the best cleaning to date! All of our cleanings have been stellar, but they truly left no stone unturned (including working around my husband who was home and our foster pup). This company has lightened my load as a full-time working mother and I look forward to cleaning day each month!

Absolutely love this Maid service. They are so fast and good. My first clean with Connie and Angela was great and my 2nd one with Aaliyah and Shaynna was awesome as well. Ms. Connie even gave me a tip for my shower in between cleanings. Thank you so much ladies

Crystal and the ladies on her team did an amazing job with our first spring clean! They were all very kind, professional, and put up with our two overly friendly/curious cats. I am looking forward to continuing with biweekly cleans!

Today was my first cleaning. After having to let my old cleaning company go do to lack of paying attention to details, I was reluctant in thinking I could find a company that would provide the level or service and detail I was looking for. My home is already super tidy but I am looking for the DETAILED work. I am thrilled with the attention to detail that my cleaners provided today. I wasn’t even home and they cut 0 corners. I am looking forward to continuing our services together in the future! I highly recommend!

I am very happy with It’s Maid Day! Tamala and Vanessa did an excellent job. They were courteous and hard working.

Hired this company to do a move-out clean. Paid $700 for a good wet wipe down of all cabinets, baseboards, etc. They sent only two cleaners for a couple of hours. The stairs were not vacuumed, the cabinets were not wiped out, some drawers were not wiped out, cobwebs were left on light fixtures. These were the exact things I spoke with the scheduler about going. After all was supposedly complete, I spoke with the new homeowner and learned of the state the home was left in. The next working day, I spoke with the owner. He said they could go back out to redo the cleaning, but the new owner had already done it and moved in. He refunded only $90 of the $700! Not satisfactory at all. The cleaners had obviously been overbooked.

In all fairness, I also hired them before listing my home. This was a great experience and they did a good job on this job. So, I was very surprised when the result of the 2nd cleaning was unsatisfactory.

Today we had Shawna and Shayla. I have had them before they know my house well. The house is 3,000 sf 3 floors.
We always find it fresh when we arrive home. I wish i had this crew all the time

Love it when it’s maid day comes. January 30th Jasmine and her crew performed a core cleaning service. They were punctual, efficient and thorough.

This was the third time I’ve had Its Maid Day clean my home. They always exceed expectations. Today Angela, Elisha and Jada did another exceptional clean. On time-thorough -efficient-very good at what they do !

Very happy with the service today. They were careful to dust under every framed photo, cleaned all the vents and corners, etc. Great attentiont to detail, and very personable!
