Eric and his team did a great job on a landscape lighting project with our home. The before/after transformation is incredible. Eric was very responsive and very hands-on in the design process. They also did a great job helping me understand project cost and aligning with my budget. The team was efficient in their work and our project only took 1 day to complete. Walt’s seems like they do great work. I reached out to explained my landscaping needs and sent photos as requested, received an initial quote and decided to make a couple changes. I had to follow up with the owner a couple times because I think he forgot about me. He said he would have someone come out to take a look at what was needed to be finished and plan to start first week of June. No one came or called. That part is frustrating. I’ll work and be patient with any business if they set proper expectations. Even if they can’t do what I’m asking communication is better than being ghosted. The prices from the quote seemed fair. Consider this more feedback than trying rip a company. I think if you get them on-site and communicating they’ll do a great job.

Such a smooth seamless professional experience I had with Eric. He and his crew were timely, polite, and “hard” working. I was not only updated during the landscaping work, but physically shown every detail of the process.
Eric came out to my home a day before starting to entroduce himself to me and survey my yard.
His crew were careful to clean up during and after the landscaping work was completed.
I liked the fact that this is a family owned business. Also, the price quoted to me did not change after the work was completed.
My property had numerous tree roots which created additional time and work for Eric.
I was not charged additional costs for this which Eric could have legitimately done so.
The price I was quoted was under all other quotes I received. I also observed the equipment used for the work was professional grade equipment. I’m quite pleased with the outcome of Eric’s landscaping ability.

I used Walt’s as a turnkey source for extending my deck, making alterations to my privacy fence, pouring concrete and installing electrical for a hot tub. Working with the guys at Walt’s to do some final grading and preparation of planting beds in
our backyard was truly a pleasure. They were super-fast in every phase of the project. Eric and
Franklin could not have been more professional. They kept in communication with us every
step of the way and responded quickly to questions. Call us old-school, but we appreciated the
use of email. There was none of the foot-dragging or delay we experienced with another
landscaper we had initially tried working with. Franklin has a wealth of horticultural
knowledge, and from our initial meeting immediately seemed to get what we had in mind: an
emphasis on edibles, plenty of flowering plants, and a respect for the permaculture movement
but with flexibility not dogma. The end product is just what we had envisioned. We would not hesitate to use Walt's again!

Worked with Eric and his team on a small landscape lighting installation at our home in EAV. His communication was great and his quote was fair. On the day of the install, he arrived on time. His team was polite and he kept me appraised of what was happening throughout the day. His team even went the extra mile and spruced up our flowerbeds when they had some downtime (they were waiting on something). Highly recommended!

I called Eric after seeing the great job he had done at my neighbor's house. He took the time to truly listen to my drainage and landscaping needs and developed a full plan including grading, a french drain, stone pathway, sod, landscaping, and even relocating our playhouse. He delivered all of this on time and within my budget, offering alternatives along the way, without ever pressuring me to spend more or do something that wasn't necessary. His communication alone was worth 5 stars. I'll be happily recommending him to my friends and neighbors. We love our new backyard and dry basement!
