I was in need to replace the all HVAC system Richard from Reliable Heating and Air , came and showed me all the programs & promotion that was available in detail. Matthew Barsuhn and crew did a great Job. They stayed late just to make sure the job is done. I will recommend Reliable Heating & Air for anyone.

Tamarge did a great job on both the water filtration as well as flushing the hot water tank. Easy to work with, had great communication, and was very quick! Thank you!

My family has utilized Reliable Heating and Air for over a year now and have had multiple systems installed. At one home, we had a central HVAC system and tankless water heater installed last year. When purchasing a home this year, our old tank water heater needed to be replaced so we called Reliable, naturally. Tamarge came out and assessed the heater and recommended a new tankless and PCV, as well as "fixed" a leak. The leak that was found is still leaking despite us paying nearly $500 for repair.

We installed within a few weeks and paid for the unit in full. Shortly after install, we were losing pressure and the water was not heating. It took more than 3 minutes to become passibly warm (I held my wrist under the entire time) even with the thermostat set to 140. After contacting customer service, they came back out and it was discovered that several things were not installed properly by Tamarge (who is an awesome guy, by the way) and Anthony fixed it for us. Fast forward two weeks and we are at the same issue. I have called and scheduled an appointment three times and each time, no tech shows despite having a scheduled appointment. Our window today was from 4-8pm and we have not received a call or text to inform us of the arrival time and Danielle at customer service could not tell us if we were on the schedule. What a shame. Our appointment today was for a missed appointment last week that we were scheduled for but no one showed. We need a new HVAC installed here so I guess we will look elsewhere for that job.

We had an amazing experience with our tech Jesus! He was kind and knowledgeable and highly professional! And Melvin was amazing as well coming out for a free consultation letting us know what was needed for our house. I couldn't be happier! 😊

Gary was my tech and he was great. Good communicator, great attitude, efficient and even did a small job during the inspection free of charge. HIGHLY recommend this company based on my experience with Gary.

Thomas Williams was very detailed and explained everything in the way I could understand it. He took his time going over everything that needed to be fixed and he also saw me the parts that were damaged and what he replaced them with. Thomas was very honest and very trustworthy. The team was fantastic had an emergency my Furnace went out on Monday morning called them and they came out same day and by the next day We had a New Furnace and AC installed no money down and a reasonable payment plan (Mrs.Tamika and the 3 Gentleman that came ) were so friendly and knowledgeable. They patiently walked me through my options and helped me find exactly what I needed. A great experience from start to finish.

Just had a recent Trane installed at my home by Roger and William, both great and professional. Roger even went above and beyond to help me install an aftermarket thermostat not supplied by Reliable. He Made sure that the unit and thermostat were working the way I preferred and even thought me how to navigate the app and settings. My Home Comfort guy Keith Toms was exceptionally knowledgeable with his job as well. -DD

Garrett Puckett was great. He installed our new AC unit quickness and precision. He took his time to set up the wifi and explain how the thermostat worked. He also did a final walk through with me and explained the entire process. I would definitely ask for Garrett on my next install.

I had my water heater fail over the cold snap. I sent in the online form for a replacement quote and was called back within almost minutes of submitting. The gentleman on the phone was super friendly and knowledgeable about the upcoming process and was able to confirm my appointment would be the next morning from 8-12 and I would receive a call from the technician before he arrived. I did indeed receive that call the next morning (at 8 am!) and Harry arrived to look at my old water heater. Harry was simply fantastic. He was articulate during the quote phase as was able to break down my options to replace and my options for financing or their in house comfort as a system. After deciding he began to work. He was very careful in my home and treated the area he was working in with respect and care. He was very efficent in completing the work and it was wonderful to have hot water again. I'll never search for a different company again. The pricing was very reasonable. A little higher than the fly by night independent guys and less than other major companies. Book with confidence here and if you're on the east side of town -- please ask for Harry. He was simply the best technician I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

Sam was transparent throughout the entire process—he clearly explained pricing, the installation process, and was very knowledgeable about all the products he offered. He was never pushy; he provided the information and gave me the time to make my own decision. Whenever I had questions, he answered them quickly and thoroughly.
After receiving the quotes, Sam followed up on my concerns and worked with his managers to get me the best deal possible, including upgrades to several key components. Once I decided to move forward, the installation was scheduled and completed within two days.

we had our HVAC system replaced after 15+ years of it being broken. Reliable was amazing from start to finish. Prices are reasonable & the install techs went above and beyond! We had a couple wires that needed to be replaced and they did it no problem, most other companies i feel would have called someone else to do it. They were also super nice, made sure I understood how to use our new system and cleaned up well after themselves. Thank you reliable heating & air!
