The technician Jason Hall was very courteous and knowledgeable from time of arrival until he left. The fix was simple but he checked to make sure my heat was blowing properly again.

Brian was the tech that came out to do the annual inspection for our heating system. He called when he was 30 minutes out. He was very pleasant to talk to while he was inspecting our system and answered several questions I had on the operation of the HVAC system. Thank you Brian.

I was very stressed about having to get a full AC replacement. We worked with Jared who made the process very easy and comforting by breaking down the finance options and answering any questions we had regarding the process. The installation team, Junior (forgive me, i did not get the other man'a name) did an amazing job as well. They also answered my questions and explained the system. They were very efficient! I would definitely recommend!!

Roger Radeau from the HVAC department was able to resolve a gas line issue that the plumbing departments was unable to resolve after several visits. Roger also installed several HVAC systems for me and they work great !!!

This company does not value your time. Called to have someone come repair a broken pipe. They gave a 4 hour window to come to the house a couple days later. Not only did they not show, I called twice an was given no update by their call center. I was only told they would pass on the message. They did not communicate the delay until 4.5 hours after their service window had ended. Nothing better than taking a day off work to get no service.

Heat went out last night and Reliable was able to repair it today! Chuck (and friend) were super friendly, professional, and efficient. Reliable will definitely be my first call for any hvac issues in the future.

If you are getting a discount ask why. The service tech signed us up for service plan that charges your credit card $30 a month. Never even mentioned to me just told me there was 20% off today. Make sure you check your invoice before you sign ANYTHING to make sure you aren’t unknowingly signup for any service plans (even though ours was using his phone and just said the invoice would be emailed) and no the company doesn’t make it easy to take it off we called, the messaged someone and hopefully someone will call us back to let us know the charge is removed. Very dishonest and disappointing.

There was some initial confusion concerning the original schedule date, however, my service technician Aaron was a redeeming factor. He arrived at the time he stated, gave me the initial options, completed the service I requested, and gave me additional options for future service. Explaining along the way as he moved through the service. Thank you! See you guys for my summer service.

My experience with Reliable Heating & Air Plumbing Electrical company has been positive so far. Reginald called prior to arriving to confirm that I was available for the 8 am time slot. He arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and timely which was greatly appreciated.

This was our second or third encounter with Reliable Heating & Air! As always, they are prompt with scheduling and the staff is very knowledgeable! Joshua did an amazing job in our home!

Prompt services, reasonable pricing, and friendly people—what more could you ask for? I wholeheartedly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

The electrician that came out for the quote didn't give me a quote on trying to get some low voltage wires taken care of and ethernet cables run to two parts of the house because he didn't know how to do it or it wasn't something he knew how to do. The HVAC guy was great though.

Today was a BIG day for our house.
Our AC went out on us on a Monday.
Out with the 19yr old hoopty unit we have been keeping alive for so long and in with a new high efficiency lambo system. Ha
The new unit allows us to control the temp upstairs separately from downstairs that we didn’t have before. It has the UV light that kills the germs as well as sucks out the humidity that our classic old one didn’t seem to do.
The phone app is super “cool”. Ha
The Reliable HVAC Team was first class from A to Z.
We booked the appointment Tuesday night from their website, which very informative and easy. Jacob was out here the next mid morning to quote and scheduled us to install on Saturday, then they had someone reschedule so they bumped us up the next day.
Terrance and his install team was very professional and they explained every thing in detail and was spot on with when they would be finished and helped with the phone app set up. Jacob followed up with us to make sure expectations were met.
If you are in need of a new HVAC, call these guys. Jacob and his team was incredible.

Reliable H&A just provided me another A+ professional HVAC service experience in Fayetteville, GA. It was easy to select available appointment online. Scheduling person followed up with a call-back, email and she was patient with me. The service technician evaluated, identified my furnace problem. He had the necessary replacement parts with him, which he installed. My furnace is now back up-and-running and I could not be more satisfied with their process. Once again, Reliable H&A team resolved our issue fairly and promptly.

Salesman was very informative and didnt try to pressure me to get all the bells and whistles. Techs were on time and were done the same day, they answered all the questions I had. I would definately recomend this company to anyone was a great experience.

DO NOT use this company. I hired them in 2021 to seal up the duct connections to the vents better, and to replace the plenum at the HVAC unit to get better air flow to rooms at the back of the house. When I came down at the end of the day they had all of my hard ducts in the trash and had fully replaced the ducts, without asking me—the existing ducts had just been inspected and cleaned and were in perfect condition. No one asked my permission to do this, and I was pushed into accepting it since somehow it was “better.” Fast forward less than four years, and the ducts are falling apart. Nothing was installed correctly (see photo—this is one of three sections where the ducts have already come apart at the seams). I called Reliable to ask if someone could come take a look. Without asking me a single question about the job, the receptionist immediately said that they only honor their installations for one year. I tried to explain to her that I hadn’t actually hired them to replace my ducts, and they had done it without asking me. When I asked her to show me where I had signed to agree to a one year warranty on a duct replacement she cut me off and said she needed to exit the conversation and would have her manager reach out. That was over two months ago. I even tried reaching out to Glen, the team member who had quoted the job, and have gotten the runaround from him for over a month now too. I have never encountered a company so determined to dodge responsibility for a faulty install. This should have been a simple fix and instead it has been a nightmare. Do not let them anywhere near your home.

I just bought a new Trane HVAC unit in January 2025 and it won't work in June 2025. Not enough coolant was added, at least that was their repair technicians diagnosis. But, they don't carry the coolant. So I make another appointment, days later, in this heat wave, and the second tech also does not carry the coolant. My AC runs 20 hours a day and does not get under 79 F until after 1am. I was promised by two people that they would have the correct coolant today. Either they are clueless or they just don't care. Beware of buying a new unit this year, there is not enough coolant to go around. NOT RELIABLE!!! Update. After 4 visits in as many weeks, additional coolant was added. Although it is better, the unit still has trouble keeping up on days over 90 degrees. New update. Gustavo came out yesterday Dec 11 2025 for heater annual maintenance. After he kept fumbling around with different tools for several minutes I asked him what he was doing. He condescending replied "maintenance". I told him I needed a better answer than that, so we then explained what he was going to be doing. While I am watching him I see him replacing the filter with the same dirty used filter he had just removed. I ask him why he did not bring a replacement filter as I was told this was part of my maintenance plan. He said he did not bother to stop by on his way in to so did not have any. I told him if he had asked he would have known that I still have filters from the original instalation. I showed him the box, right next to the furnace and he just ignored me. I asked him several times to replace the filter and he responded that he would just leave. I asked him if the furnace works and he said it will come on in 5 minutes. And it did! Blowing COLD air. He is either clueless about his job or vindictive. Fortunately, another tech, Nate, came out and fixed Gustavos errors, he left the flame sensor unplugged, and replaced the filter. Nate was awesome in every way but Gustavo was as unprofessional, rude, and purposefully left my furnace in a worse condition than before. LADIES, DON'T LET GUSTAVO INTO YOUR HOME.

Scheduled an appointment around noon for a tech to come out between 4 - 8 pm. Crickets! No one showed up, no call, no text. NOTHING! The job could have been completed TODAY by another business. DO NOT USE THIS UNRELIABLE, BUSINESS!

Hi, Jason Hall was very professional and he is very knowledgeable about his job. Jason taught me how I should operate the thermostat. Before he left he watched me go over everything that he taught me and I am very thankful.
About 30 minutes later Jason left the thermostat had jumped up to 75 temp. without my touching it.
We sat the temp to 74 and not 75.
So now I will call the company for a replacement thermostat, because that's been the problem all alone.
