Four visits and they still did not have it repaired. Installed new thermostat, released refrigerant from system. Refused to return. New repairman stated thermostat wired incorrectly, had to add refrigerant. Wouldn’t let them work on my doghouse

Absolutely amazing service. John was able to stop by my house and fix our freezer after his normal work day in the evening. We have a home warranty company which can be a bit of a pain and he was patient enough to deal with them and get our fridge and freezer working again same day for a super affordable rate. Would highly recommend

We called John to repair the water dispenser on our Fridgidaire Gallery refrigerator after it had stopped working. I had tried some simple steps first on my own without success. John responded immediately and went through a few things to try first and when nothing worked he agreed to come by our house to take a look. He identified the issue and had to order parts. He returned the next day and replaced the water valve assembly on the back of the refrigerator which solved the problem. His price was very reasonable and he gave me some tips to maintain the unit. Overall I am very happy with the work that was performed and John's professionalism. Hard to find such a hard working and honest person these days. Thanks so much John!

Needed expert help on my SubZero and blown away at the extent of this gentleman's kindness, helpfulness, knowledge and just overall professional expertise. My experience with John was one of my best with any service professional. Our upstairs a/c went out and with a newborn it was too hot for her and my wife. John responded same day and changed his schedule to accommodate us Knowing we had a baby. Then he did everything necessary to get it fixed that day. It turns out that my negligence changing the filters contributed to my fan motor going out, and instead of judging me he gave tips and tricks of the trade which is invaluable to me. He allowed me to follow him around and learn during the repair, giving me wisdom that will help me prevent the issue in the future. The experience with him has literally been one of the best I have had, as he is knowledgeable as he is down to earth and kind. He is a joy to work with and he now has customers for life in us. I recommend him fully with no reservations. It is rare to find someone so genuine nowadays!

John showed up when he said he would be here, even called to let us know he was on his way. We had a problem with our gas stove and John thoroughly checked it out, even helped me clean some areas that I needed to clean! I feel he went way above in fixing the stove and helping me to understand how everything works. This is my first gas stove! I will definitely call him again if we have any issues with it or any other appliances.

After calling around and trying to get someone to actually show up, or even know how to work on my stuff. I called John. He came out quick and fixed it right away. I have a commercial pizza oven that the other guys wouldn't touch because it is at a residence. John was professional and fair priced. John is amazing at what he does. Not only is he extremely responsive, even making time for us on the same day, he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely shows that he cares. We have had him come out for a refrigerator issue and an HVAC issue. Both times he fixed the problem and also educated us on the root cause, best next steps, and how we could prevent the issue in the future. I highly recommend John. John took great care of us! Our gas range was not working correctly so we called him. Not only did he fix our problem but now our gas range and oven are working better than ever before. Call John for all a/c repairs. John was proficient and provided a/c in a timely manner. We bought our house last year and so it was warranty work. He didn’t flinch at the word warranty- which most people hate doing. He was great and friendly. Thank you for your prompt service.

Our Kitchen Aid refrigerator stopped cooling and I began looking for a quick repair service. I called Clayton Appliance where I purchased the refrigerator and the was told it would be 3 weeks
before anyone would be available.
I then found John online and was a little skeptical about so many 5-star reviews and no negative reviews, but I called him away and it was the best decision I could have made.
On time, professional, fixed the issue and was in my opinion very reasonably priced.

John came to my house on New Year's Eve to inspect my LG Refrigerator, Frigidaire Stove, and GE Microwave. It My house was flooded due to water pipe freezing and water soaked my appliances. John was professional, on time, and very friendly. I was very comfortable with him and confident in his knowledge about appliances. He was very easy to talk to.

Came in November to install some wiring for my wireless thermostat. Gave me a price included to change my AC capacitor. Didnt get to the AC capacitor due to time so I followed up recently to get it done. Didnt get a response to my text (photos) so I called, confirmed for Thurs 9:30am.

Morning of, texted me he had an emergency after I took time off work to meet him. I was being understanding and agreed to Friday. Friday, doesnt show up, doesnt say a word, just ghosts me. (Texts attached)

When he came to do work the first time I already had a sense he was annoyed as I asked questions about work and such, his assistany also took my old thermostats and placed them in his truck.

Best service I have ever experienced! John was very busy and didn't have time to come to my house in Union City. He was driving to another call and talked to me for 30 minutes and told me what to check and what to try next . He was able to come the next day which was Christmas eve and he had the parts that I needed and was able to get my Goodman heat pump working. Thanks John. John repaired my dryer and gave excellent maintenance recommendations to help my appliances last longer and perform more efficiently. He also agreed to clean lint from the dryer vent. Our refrigerator was not cooling. I called John Heating and Cooling at 8am and explained the situation. I spoke with the owner John Davis and he said that he would be in our area later that day and he could stop by see what the problem was. He stopped by and spent approximately the next 2 plus hours working on the refrigerator. I have never seen such detailed work.
By the time John had finished our refrigerator looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. The price for the repair was so reasonable for the work done....amazingly fair price for the labor.
The really amazing thing that happened later that night was that John called to see how the refrigerator was running. That has never happened before and I can't tell you how much that follow up was appreciated. He followed up the next morning checking to see that all was well.

John did an excellent job repairing our side by side Electrolux freezer. We received other estimates suggesting full freezer replacement, however John identified the problem and proceeded with the repair. Once completed, our freezer is operating normally as well as the internal ice maker. John's professionalism, expertise, honesty and general knowledge is much appreciated.
