Great Company and great guy! He came to my house at 10 pm and fixed my furnace in Marritta! He got my heat working in about 15 minutes, If you are ever in need of emergency air conditioning or emergency heating repair John is the main to call.

Our air conditioner stopped working at one of the worst times possible, and I had an emergency on my hands. We had over twenty people at our house for my wife’s birthday party. Since we live in Peachtree City, I thought it would be hard to get someone out on a Saturday. I called John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair and explained the situation to John.

Even though he was already on his way home from work, he turned around and came straight to our house to check out our system. Just talking with him, I could tell that he had a lot of experience and knew what he was doing. Incredibly positive experience. I was aware of this A/C company because the builder of a previous home used this company to install the air conditionings. He was highly specific on the sub-contractors he used for his business (so I knew they were good).

I call last week expecting I was going to need a new Air conditioning (mine are 18 yrs old). The technician was incredible and was able to diagnose and fix my issue in less than 39 minutes and only cost $200. I was amazed at how trustworthy and efficient they were. I highly recommend.

I have used Southern Comfort for years and received excellent service until recently. I have had 2 fail service calls in a 6 week time frame. Maybe it's time to move on to another service provider.

Ive used this company for over 15 years. I get the twice a year maintenance and have been extremely happy. Their great service has extended the life of my units. Ask for Robert, he is the best technician.

My husband went to the actual Southern Comfort Heating and Air place of business when our A/C went out. He was greeted with listening ears, knowledgeable words and helping hands. We have 2 English Bulldog's and much to my dismay, the interior of our home reached a temperature of 86°. These kind and caring folk's assigned a service representative to call on us within5 hours, what an absolute blessing! This Angel of Mercy had the necessary part on board his truck, and had our A/C unit, up and cooling down, within minutes. Maddie and Beau give Southern Comfort Heating and Air 2 paw pumps for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service .

Grant and Will were extremely professional and knowledgeable about what was going on with my unit. Even tho they couldnt fix the issue (it is 25 years old)they showed me what was going on and even quoted me a rough estimate on how much it would be to replace. I will definitely be calling them back when i am ready for the install. Will be using them for all further ac needs.
