My AC unit upstairs stopped blowing cold after power failure due to a storm. I called Kevin who came highly recommended by my cousin on a Sunday night. He was very professional and was able to accommodate me the following day. He notified me when he was on the way by text and call which I appreciate because I missed the text. He arrived on time with his equipment and shoe covers! Very detailed inspection, diagnosis and walked me through the repair process. He was able to quickly get our unit back up and running at a fair price.

Not only is Kevin a knowledgeable professional but he is also very kind, honest and patient. I highly recommend The People's Champ and will absolutely be using them for all of my maintenance and repair needs!

Everyone wants to hire someone they can trust, someone who is honest, genuine, someone who isn't going to scam you---and The People's Champ is the small, genuine, down-to-earth, person-first company of your dreams! Kevin and Bruce are so kind, as are their other workers who I didn't catch the names of. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and super honest! What they did for us: Our old furnace was leaking a chlorine smell, Kevin came over so quick and found a carbon monoxide leak and told us that our 20 yr old furnace had finally given out. He gave us the choice of fixing the the broken parts in the machine or to replace the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace. Kevin understood that we didn't have the budget for this, and was not only able to find a phenomenal and affordable furnace but he also offered a payment plan without interest! A couple weeks later, when I concerns about the install, Bruce was sent over and he not only answered my dozen questions with respect, taught me new things about the unit and how the system connects and works with the pipes in our furnace room, but he also assured me there were no leaks AND he fixed the issue of the blower being too loud. And since this was pretty soon after they installed the furnace, it was covered as a courtesy call.

TLDR; If you want a truthful, honest, genuine, down-to-earth, affordable (and I mean AFFORDABLE) repairman and repair company, call Kevin and The People's Champ ASAP. These are the people you've been dreaming of!

My name is Patrick. I been out of heat for 8 days .I called several (3) Heating & Air companies and got the same or different opinions on what was wrong with HVAC system and that I needed to purchase these parts for about $1600. Then I was referred to THE PEOPLE'S CHAMP HEATING & AIR .Then came BRUCE a highly trained technician that told me he would do all he could to help me and my wife get some heat.Bruce got my Heat working in a matter of minutes.He took the time to tell me what was going on with my unit .He shared his expertise on what to do to keep my unit running efficiently. People you want a very good HVAC Technician call The People's Champ and ask for BRUCE !

First off, I would like to say that we called a couple companies before finding this company and they were the only ones that were available for after hour emergencies.The guy who came out to our home was phenomenal! He stated that he has a family of his own and he understands the importance of having a warm, cozy home in the Winter. He explained everything he was doing and even showed us the problem. My husband and I are very happy with the service this company provided and will be starting a yearly maintenance plan.

I contacted The People’s Champ late at night through Google and was surprised to get an immediate response. My second-floor heat wasn’t working, which is where my kids sleep, so I really appreciated how quickly they followed up and scheduled me for the next day. They worked with my availability and kept me updated with their ETA.
Kevin arrived on time, was very professional, and got straight to work. He fixed the issue in about an hour and charged much less than other companies I had contacted. He was honest, kind, and genuinely cared about helping, not just taking my money. I also signed up for their twice-yearly maintenance plan since the price was great for my two units. They’re now my go-to HVAC company, and I highly recommend them!

The owner installed a new AC and caused damage to my home. He refuses to stand by his work and trying to look for blame elsewhere. He connected the drip line into some old line in the wall of my home and caused flooding. He claims he can't see behind walls. As I told him he should have had that line dripping outside of my home and not between the brick and sheet rock. Because I had to open a wall to find where the dripping was coming from now he wants to blame us from cutting that line. There was no line to cut, it was just a short piece of line above where we cut just dangling in the wall. I plan on taking legal action as I expect to be paid for the damage's, and the problem fixed correctly. I had a plumber friend that came out just to do a temporary fix so we can use our air. Now I have to get another AC guy out here to correct Mr Williams shoddy work.
