He took his time to find out the correct diagnosis of the issue I was having with my AC unit and worked efficiently to get it resolved. I was beginning to think customer service was a thing of the past until Mr. Kevin McCray came along. He is such a professional. From beginning to end of the repair, he kept us informed every step of the way. Plus the best part, he is very intelligent in his business. He explained what needed to be done- the why and then gave us the estimate. He have us a fair price compared to another company that we received a quote from. I called at 6:35 AM (30 degrees outside and my unit sounded like a jet taking off and was full of ice!) Bruce came out same day, a little after 11 AM. He was professional and explained the testing process to me in detail. He ordered the part, picked it up and completed the job efficiently! I just knew I was going to lose possibly “one arm and half a leg, with the price.” Surprisingly, the parts and labor were wayyy less than I imagined and I even have a warranty!

I will always and forever recommend Kevin and his company. We had initially hired someone else and after almost 2 wks of no AC in summer time I was fed up. I called him Monday at 3pm and Wednesday by 11:30 I had AC!!! He was professional and did an amazing job. He also took the time to call us and let us know if he was running behind, which I appreciated it. I am so thankful to have found The Peoples Champ.

Quick response. Band-aid fix within a few hours and returned to following day to fix more issues. They gave three options of what’s needed and payment For those, but then also adjusted one of the options so that I could pay everything today. I have signed up for the yearly maintenance and trust them with my family and business.

I honestly couldn't have contacted someone more professional, knowledgeable and sincere... respectful of my home, gave a step by step run-down on what he was doing and seeing with my hvac system, thorough analysis, useful information, efficient installation etc. I won't be using anyone else for my heating and air needs moving forward. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend.

Kevin was very helpful with identifying where a leak was coming from. Because the hot water heater was not too long installed, I went with the company that installed it. But Kevin's help was instrumental in identifying where to start. Thank you.

I was set up with an appointment with ease for the next day. Upon arrival, Kevin & his technician were prompt! They also took time to explain things to me I was not privy to regarding my system. Extremely knowledgeable and very fair pricing. I love their technology to keep us informed and updated. Bruce took the time to explain everything to me in a rudimentary way...which is exactly what I needed since I know nothing of HVAC. They will be my GO-TO vendor for my Property Management Business.

On one of the coldest days this year our HVAC stopped working. I was able to call them and they sent Bruce in. He was very kind and worked on our heating system and currently everything is working. I was worried our family would have to sleep with space heaters again but we weren’t and they were fairly priced. I would highly recommend.
