Great experience! And my air is working! The customer service is amazing . RJW rearranged their schedule to squeeze me in 3 days earlier than expected and that was much appreciated since Atlanta summers are extremely hot . I’d recommend this company to anyone.

RJW preformed the necessary repairs for my heating system. The service Technician was on time and kept me informed about what problems he found. He was very professional. I will use RJW again and refer them to family and friends.

Thanks Jermaine. Don't deal with the heat if you don't want to call RJW. They not only fixed my A/C they showed up early and the cost was beyond reasonable. I will be calling to make them apart of my annual service plan, so that I don't have to beat the heat.

I certainly recommend RJW H&AC, though I do not recommend Home Warranty policies. Even though our breakdown was not covered under our policy, the 5 men that serviced, quoted and installed our new A/C system were outstanding, professional and knowledgable in their job. 5 stars for RJW, 0 stars for Choice Warranty.

Very satisfied with maintenance for HVAC. The technician was prompt and communicative. Jermaine helped determine an issue with drain line and was able to successfully clean the line of gunk.

I had a great expereince with RJW Heathing and Air Solutions. Jemaine is knowedgable, passionate and truly an expert in his field. He took the time to ensure I understood the issue I was having with my furnace and walked me through how he was diagnosing and fixing it. I felt confident that my furnace was fixed when he left. In addition, Monique was extremely helpful on the front-end and was extremly communicative and personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

RJW heating and air out of Fayette County Ga, performed their service this past Friday the 28th of July. A crew of two came to our home at 9:30 a.m. and worked till 5:00pm. The work was done professionally, and the men courteous and kept us informed. I give RJW Heating and Air my highest regards and I endorse them.

To whom it may concern, we utilized Mr. Jermaine Williams service to fix a long lasting problem with our a/c unit. Upon his arrival he was very professional, clean, intelligent, and helpful. He definitely went the extra mile with getting our problems resolved, and he didn't rip us off, actually it was just the opposite. So if you want to get your heating/a/c work done, at a fair price coupled with good workmanship, I would say he's your guy.

Monay, and her husband worked wonders with getting us situated with our HVAC system in our "new" (to us) home. There were several things we werent made aware of when we moved in, but they explained everything to us as far as what we needed, and what was next! Being new home owners, they were patient with us as we had several questions and concerns about everything. The service was better than my home warranty company! So good that I decided not to go through these companies, and deal directly with them. They were flexible, understanding, professional, informative, and made sure me and my family were taken care of. I highly recommend Jermaine from RJW. He has over 18 years experience and it shows. I first used Jermaine in our old condo that had a unit that was over 14 years old. We were told by 2 other companies that we needed the unit replaced to the tune of $7500. Jermaine actually did a full diagnostic and was able to fix it for a fraction of the price. The second time we used Jermaine was last week on our new house. We had a broken dampener valve that he identified and fixed and discovered our A/C was never sufficiently charged by the builder with coolant. I can’t not recommend Jermaine and RJW enough.
