The service was great from the initial phone call to the end. My technicians were Brian and also another gentlemen (I think it was Jermaine). They called ahead to give us an eta when on the way, they explained their findings, the repairs to be done and answered all of our questions. Something I noticed was that the talk between the two technicians as they worked remained professional, solution oriented and job related, which says a lot about the company. I’m really pleased with the service. Will use them again.

I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced with RJW Heating and Air Solutions. Technicians Jermaine and Jordan performed maintenance within 2 business days of me placing my work order and even followed up with me afterwards to check in and make sure the system was still functioning properly! Robin and Jermaine are the dream team for HVAC services! I called in the evening to schedule a repair on my system and get a quote for a new one. Robin managed to squeeze me in the very next day and Jermaine kept me apprised of his arrival time. He was kind, considerate, and informative. He was able to fix my unit on the spot and keep me going for another season! Jermaine explained all the aspects of the replacement so that I could make an informed decision on a new unit. The quote was reasonable and very competitive. The reason I will continue to use RJW is because of their honesty, kindness, and trustworthiness! A winning combination!

I returned to RJW for another repair and a long needed system replacement. They continue to show kindness and consideration while keeping me informed of all the steps my particular home required. They're a small enough company to really feel valued as a customer, but large enough to trust they will be there should I need the warranty. The quote was competitive and considerate of my return business. Your calls will be promptly returned and Jermaine will be there when he says he will. I highly recommend RJW for their continued honesty, kindness, and trustworthiness! You can rely on them!

My husband Robert and I had one of the best experiences we've had regarding the installation of a new system/appliance in our home. From day one when our home warranty company set-up our appointment with RJW Heating and Air - Ms. Mone' and Mr. Jermaine have been on point with making sure the entire process of securing a new AC and a new furnace went smoothly. The installation team was professional and courteous well.

And I'm all set for RJW to do the routine maintenance on the system as well to make sure our new systems stay running smoothly. The service that I received here has been PHENOMENAL!! My very first call from Mone' was the best customer service/connection I've ever experienced in a business!! They offer quick appointments with very affordable prices in comparison to other quotes I've received to replace my compressor!! She worked with me from start to finish and I was able to get my compressor fixed in little or no time. I received a lot of information about my AC unit that I had no idea of that can now help me to better maintain my unit. I truly appreciate all of the staff here!! The other woman was also very helpful, kind and knowledgeable!! Received a fair quote, and beautifully documented photos of the diagnosis of my leaking evaporator coil. The ac unit/furnace replacement was seamless and everything was clean and well done. The owner actually was the one to come out and it’s great to support a family business, highly recommend!
