Our Refrigerator definitely had an issue when woke up Saturday morning. Odd smell and the controller kept kicking on an off. After doing a bit of research and calling around, I found John. Called him immediately. What blessing to hear he would be able to help us later in the afternoon..

John arrived, diagnosed the issue and went to work. Throughly explained what needed to done. Thankfully John was able to save our Refrigerator. I was dreading buying a new one given unrealabity and issues newer units encounter.

What a wonderful company!! We called early this morning and he was out here by 3:30 today. He explained everything thoroughly to us and got our AC unit working again. John was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It’s great to know that excellent service is still available in Peachtree City! I would give more than (5) stars if it were possible.

John has been amazing to us. He has gone above and beyond every time we have used him. John has worked on our a/c unit and our ilve gas range. Both of them have been fixed to satisfaction. Our whole family loves him! He is a true example of what friendly, honest, and excellent service looks like.

One of our upright retail freezers started to make a crazy noise so we reached out and were able to get a same day appointment with John. He was very polite over the phone, and made it over to us as fast as he could so that he could assess the problem and help find a solution before the unit became inoperable. John was very polite, very friendly, and even cracked some jokes with us to help put us at ease. He assured us that he could fix the freezer, but because he was missing a part he would have to return the following day. He was great about working around our tight schedule and had our freezer up and running very quickly. For other business owners please note: John was polite to our customers who were moving around him, he was very clean and did not leave any mess behind at all, he worked with us on what times were best for our business, he pricing is VERY reasonable, he was very responsive by both phone and text.
I would HIGHLY reccomend John and will be setting up some preventative maintenance with him moving forward.

I have a Big Chill Retro Refrigerator that quit working due to a compressor failure, which ended up contaminating all the refrigerant in the system, as well as spreading debris throughout the coils. John tried everything to flush and repair our refrigerator, although he was unsuccessful, he was honest, and recommended that we not spend any more money trying to repair it because it would end up costing a lot for parts, and ultimately wouldn’t last long.

John was a life saver! I had several other hvac techs come prior to assist with my broken ac unit and they couldn't figure out the problem. John arrived and was able to determine that the compressor was grounded in less than 10 minutes. John was able to get a new compressor and installed it the same day! Now I have cool air conditioning! Amazing! Highly recommend!!

It was so nice to find someone to actually repair appliances! After exhausting YouTube for videos to help me do-it-yourself, I found John Heating & Cooling and Appliance Repair on Google. John was able to come by the next morning to see if our gas range and side-by-side refrigerator could be fixed. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the appliances were supposed to work (gas flow in the range and how to use the air-balance controls in the side-by-side) and then he repaired them in just a couple of hours. The cost was a fraction of what it would have taken to replace the appliances. It's great to have these appliances functional again. A true professional!

John showed up on short notice when my AC stopped working in one room. After telling him the problem he had it up and running in no time. Super honest, super nice guy and didn’t try to over charge or upsell me on anything. I live in Sandy Springs and I feel like most things get inflated, price wise here. Highly recommend!

John came by for an emergency repair on our walk in freezer at Beignets and Brew at the Avenue in Peachtree City. He came in 30 minutes and fixed the problem. We could have had thousands in inventory thrown out, but he saved us. He also changed out our air filters. Thanks again!

John and his assistant did a excellent job with replacing "dead" parts in my AC unit. Came out the same day I called. He did not try to upsell me like other AC repair technicians and answered every question I had asked, even explained how the parts worked and why the parts "died". Highly recommend.

John came out and checked my heater that was not working . He did an amazing job. He knew exactly what to look for and replaced the part and it was running like new again. Thank you John! Honest, dependable and reasonable company.

I would like to say thank you John for saving my business today! Being the holiday I was worried I wouldn’t find someone to come to Newnan to help me. I called John’s Heating, Cooling and Appliance Repair this morning at 8. I told him the heater is not working at my restaurant is there anyway he could get someone out there today? He didn’t send anyone John himself showed up. He had my heat working in no time. I could tell right away he had a lot of experience and knew what he was doing. I knew I had picked the right company! John is very nice and explained everything that needed to be done he is easy to talk to and even cracked a few jokes to help me relax. I would highly recommend them
and I will definitely use them in the future!
