Good selection and friendly staff

Very dissatisfied had to wait in line for 35. Minutes because cashier didnt know what she was doing

So we usually always gdt great service at every home depot and always fivd grrat reviews. But thid time we ordered rubber mulch online to pick up in store si ce they were the closest store to us to have them. We got all the way home 45 min away and noticed that the very last bag we took out was half way empty with tape all over it. Its not like we can go to the local store and exchange it! They dont carry them there! So disappointed.

I recently purchased an electric mower at Home Depot in Ft O. I would like to thank Joe and Sarah in gardening for their help. From the moment I arrived I was treated courteously and very prompt. Joe arranged for looking at the product in actual mowing conditions. Sarah went the extra mile by locating all the manuals operating instructions and found the missing key. She handled my purchase with ease. Joe actually placed the lawnmower in my car. These two people should be commended for their job well done.

The rental department was incredibly rude. When I brought my machines back and they noted they would charge me a cleaning fee, I asked to take the machines back to my truck to clean them myself and bring them back in so they wouldn’t have to go through additional cleaning or charge me.

The associate said regardless of whatever I do, he was going to charge me the fee. This was such a money grab and the store leadership did nothing to rectify the situation when I brought it to their attention.

I’m at truly abhorred by business practices like this. I did this DIY to save money and Home Depot took it upon themselves to cost me more because they could.

Zero Stars... will charge you a fortune and NEVER show back up for the actual repair. who can do without a fridge for months?

They didn’t show up for 4 or 5 scheduled visits in a row, finally had to replace my unit elsewhere.

I don't recommend it. Giving a 9 hour window so I had to take a full day off work, especially when the appointment was canceled at 4:45pm isn't acceptable.

I was very frustrated with not having the option to speak to a live person during the scheduling process. I will say that the field technician that came to my home was great!

So helpful attentive kind and knowledgeable really appreciate how he came out to help us

I would like to know how I got charged 170 dollars worth of labor for about an 1 and half hours of work really 85 dollars an hour !!!!

The team from Sears was timely, friendly, and efficient, even looking up additional information that wasn’t covered by my warranty. I very much recommend them!
