From the very start with our mitigation to the rebuild at the end, Southeast Restoration was nothing short of incredible. They worked closely with our insurance company so we would have as little stress as possible in a very stressful situation. Mitigation came out the same night we noticed the leak and got right to work, and our property manager, Ryan, was so great to work with during the rebuild. He made the entire process easy and completely guided us along the way. We really trusted that he had our best interests in mind and felt like we were in really good hands. Although there were a few hiccups along the way and the process took a little longer than we would have liked due to some issues with insurance, Ryan kept us fully informed the entire time so we never felt in limbo. We are incredibly happy with the end result.

Very professional work and communication. We needed repairs on a tight schedule, they were able to accommodate the schedule and even worked the day before and thanksgiving to ensure they can finish on time. If I could 6 stars I would. They repaired my house and didn’t leave a mess. I pray I won’t need to fix anything else, but if I do. I’ll work with them again, no hesitation.

My insurance company provided me with this company. I didn’t want them at first. Didn’t know anything about them never heard of them. But I decided to try them out. They called Immediately, they were very professional and prompt. They answer all the questions I had. This company has some amazing employees Cameron, Cody, Michelle and Elaine are great. They were very professional and polite. I would give them 10stars. This is a wonderful company.

Regarding the front porch repair project, I'm extremely pleased with Southeast Restoration. After months of contractor frustrations, their efficiency and professionalism were a welcome relief.

Very long job but this company was kind and stayed on the mission. We received weekly updates and any small or large issue we wanted corrected they were very quick to fix it. I'm impressed by Kyle and his team. I don't see anyone going wrong with Southeast, they were respectable of our time and space and provided exceptional customer service. We love their work.

Elaine, Tulio, Cameron and Jacob did a fantastic job in my home during the mitigation process. They were professional, quick, and even cleaned as they worked.They did a god job explaining the process and made sure to remove anything that was affected. Although the damage was a litle more severe than I initially thought, Southeast was very thorough. I would highly recommend using Southeast Restoration!!

Southeast Restorations project team (Hank and Kyle) did a great job scheduling the contractors for the remodel portion of our project. The contractors did an excellent job with new flooring, painting, and a complete new bathroom. Thank you for another excellent job!

Jason and team came in quick to save me! They started same day I placed a claim with insurance after a leak sprung and started flooding the house. Very detailed and thorough with walk thru and what was going to be done, step by step. Made the whole mitigation process so much easier! Now just waiting on GC to come and repair it all! When I say these guys did an amazing job, I mean exactly that. 👏🏾💯 Very professional and went beyond what they said. Someone behind our property was dumping their trash on our property and they took the time to get it up and it was a lot. They didn't charge us extra for it. Definitely will recommend. ❤️

Wow and Wow!!!! Best experience I could have hoped for. Mathew and his team absolutely delivered on their promise. Professional, efficient and quality of tree removal was exceptional. I am a tough customer and will say it as it is. When service is not to expectation I am not kind. When service is exceptional I give the proper credit where it is due. Both price and quality of service exceeded expectations. I had 5 tree removal services bid the job and Oak Hill beat them all and then took down two additional trees for no charge. I could not be more pleased. My other experiences with local tree services has been that they over charge and under deliver. If i could give more than five stars I would. Thank you Matthew and Team Oak Hill…. Very impressive!

Oak Hill did a great job taking down a huge dead pine tree and a lot of other smaller trees, limbs and branches. Very professional and cleaned up well! They were able to do this project within a week of calling and I highly recommend this team!

These guys came out the same day I called within 2 hours and gave me a very reasonable quote for tree work! The turnaround to do the job was within a week and they did an excellent job! They were very thorough cleaning up after they were finished and left our yard looking better than how they found it.

These gentlemen, weren’t on time. They were early! Straight to work. The level of precision exercised in confined space to remove 2x large pines with no collateral damage was amazing to watch. Will definitely use their services again without hesitation!

These guys were amazing!! They removed one entire tree that was leaning over my house and another that was resting on my house. They cleaned up the yard really nice when they were done and even used their new to rip up some decking in my yard and crush an old dog house. Saving me hours of work with my hand tools. These guys know there stuff!! If you need trees trimmed/removed they are the only team you need. They were fast! Got it all done in 3 hours and hauled everything away. Including the stuff I had trimmed myself. If you need a tree service give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed! Worth every penny!
