Fortson Tree Service did an amazing job removing a dead tree that had fallen in my yard. Cleaned up so well you would hardly know they were here. Great folks, easy to work with!

Anybody can cut a tree. But to do it the way you want it done is another story. Fortune tree company did an incredible job as they have at my house for the past three years. I don’t call anybody else anymore.
One reason why is because the cleanup to me is just as important as the Precision cutting. so my hat‘s off to the whole crew for their friendliness and dedication to hard work and getting the job done right the first time. I have never never never had to call this company back.

We had a huge oak tree fall into a neighbor’s yard at one of our Airbnbs with a next-day guest checking in, plus another tree that was dangerously close to the house on a slope. We needed help fast. Most companies said it would take at least two days, but Frank with Fortson Trees was able to come out and fully finish the job within hours.

His team was incredibly efficient and made it look like the trees were never even there. They have top-of-the-line equipment and clearly know what they’re doing. The price was also very competitive. Highly recommend Fortson Trees if you need fast, professional tree work done right!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an excellent experience with Fortson Tree Company! From start to finish, Frank and his crew were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done safely and exactly as discussed. They took great care to clean up afterward — you honestly wouldn’t know major tree work had just been done.

Their pricing was fair, communication was clear, and they treated our property with respect. It’s not easy to find a company that’s both skilled and dependable, but this one definitely is. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work done!

My wife and I had a great experience with Frank and his crew. They showed up the day of on-time and ready to uplift a few hard to reach Oak Trees. The Spider lift was a great tool, they chopped all the limbs that we discussed and then trimed some dead areas to make sure our trees were healthy. Frank had his guys moved everything to the front and his follow on crew did a great job of cleaning up all the debris from every area including some that fell to the neighbors side. When the final person left they ensured that the street was cleaned like it was when they arrived.
I definitely recommend you call him up for your tree needs.

Frank and his crew did an absolutely outstanding job on our land clearing project. They cleared roughly 2–3 acres, removed hundreds of trees of all sizes, and hauled off an unbelievable amount of debris — everything from glass and cinder blocks to old trash and random junk that had accumulated over the years.

They cleared out a massive burn pile with huge, old stumps that I honestly didn’t think could be removed that cleanly. They brought in a large excavator, dump trailers, and coordinated dump trucks to haul off load after load of debris. It was impressive to see how organized and efficient the entire operation was.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. They didn’t just clear everything blindly — they had crew members carefully going through by hand, climbing trees to cut vines, preserving the good trees, and making sure the property was left clean and manageable.

They also created a roadway system throughout the property so I can now easily drive my truck and Ranger around, and they graded around my home so I could have a new fence installed properly. That level of thoroughness went above and beyond my expectations.

Frank listened carefully to every detail I wanted, communicated clearly, showed up promptly each day they were scheduled, and completed everything in just three days. I truly couldn’t be happier with the results.

I would highly recommend Frank and his crew to anyone needing professional land clearing or tree removal done the right way.

Had an appointment set up through Sears warranty, no call, no show. Called them, no answer. Clearly no consideration for customers. Horrible

I contacted my home owner insurance company about our microwave not working in 2021. The microwave is an attachment to the stove. This company claimed they fixed the problem when they did not. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this company.

My Whirlpool oven display was frozen with an hourglass symbol and my Whirlpool dishwasher cannot turn on. Harris County Appliance Repair technicians looked at them and told me this was caused by control board failure and asked me order control boards. THIS WAS TOTALLY MISLEADING. When I received the control boards and replaced the old ones, I still had the same problem. I had another professional (not Harrison County Appliance Repair) to look at this, and he found the old control boards are actually functioning well. He figure out the oven had a software issue that need to refresh the cache, while the dishwasher had a broken circuit somewhere. The issue can be resolved without ordering any parts.

I feel like this was not a super difficult issue if their technicians had been running a diagnose carefully. But Harrison County Appliance Repair made this very frustrating and complicated. I am very disappointed that I paid $90 service fee and couple of weeks for a completely distractive instruction from them, not to mention the hours I spent to order and return the control boards.

Nov, 2023 Harris County Appliance was assigned via American HomeShield to repair my ice maker. The 1st technician determined it was the solenoid. He came back to install the part and we thought everything was fixed. In a few days ice began to form in the freezer and it was making very loud sounds as if it was about to break down. Harris County sent 2 different technicians to look into the problem and they determined the 1st technician did not put the part that guides the water to the ice tray back on correctly after installing the solenoid and reinstalling the ice maker. This caused water to go all over the freezer resulting in extreme ice build up. These technicians unthawed the freezer with a blow dryer and thought that would solve the problem. Within a couple of days the temperature on the freezer and fridge began to drop and no ice being made. We contacted Harris County Appliance and was told they had closed everything out and would not come back out. We've contacted American Homeshield and they continue to assign Harris County Appliance to come back out but they continue to say there's nothing else they can do eventhough it was their technician that screwed up a simple repair. Now we have a bigger problem than when we started this. Just recieved another notification from AHS that Harris County Appliance was assigned. How is it their technician screwed up but they dont feel responsible to make it right.
