I used this company to do a $20,000 job and also hired them to service my lawn. I never know when they are going to show up, they rush through everything they do, the line of communication doesn’t exist and my yard has never looked so bad. I’ve tried working with them all summer but just can’t seem to agree on much of anything.
Many plants have died they planted and guaranteed and not one has been replaced. I made a huge mistake changing my lawn servicing and I regret it badly. Very undependable.

I had the privilege of having JC&M Landscaping come out and pressure wash my driveway and patio today. I was very impressed from the first contact to the completion of the job. They responded quickly and I had an estimate within 24 hours; I had an appointment scheduled shortly after that. They confirmed the appointment the day before service and let me know the day of service that they were on the way. This is the definition of a Great company with wonderful customer service.
