We purchased a $4,000 heat pump and they wired it in with a pig tail and electrical tape. When I found it and complained the owner told me "It works so it is wired correctly".

Charged every time to come out three times to fix the same problem Which was not correctly fixed the first two times.

Here we go again. 2.5 years and now the ac won’t cool. Trying to explain and and get a response is like pulling teeth. But, if it’s a service charge we will be out ASAP. With the additional $85.00 charge to boot. If I would have know an extra charge for what yawl installed. I would have went somewhere else. A lot of these companies give you at least 2 + years on work! Shame on me! For not reviewing better. Don’t even worry about it. Found another company that will come out and inspect it at have the price! And will do any repairs at half the price. Minus warranty on parts. So thank you but, no thank you I’m done with your so called service. Also I didn’t call. Just seeing how good you’re service was. So, far not great!

Called Monday September 30 to get someone to come out and check my A/C unit due due to a powersurge from last week's storm which caused for my air to go out. The tech came out and blantly lied and stated that the whole unit needed to be replaced. I told him my unit was just serviced on the 14 of September and it had no issues and it was working just fine until the power went out. He told me well it's old. I informed him the unit is right at 12 years old and gets yearly maintenance service. He then goes on to tell me that it's nothing he could do because it is no longer any good. He proceeds to leave me 3 different ball park figures to replace the ac unit and furnace or just replace the unit. The next day I called the office which was no help. So, I then contacted Meeks heating and cooling whom came right out to my home and repaired my A/C unit.

Great experience! Technicians were thorough and respectful of our home as they worked to replace our unit. Owner was very patient as we worked to secure funds for this expense. Our house has been nice and toasty.

I can’t say enough good about Jackson Heating and Cooling! I’ve known the owner since she was a customer at a bank I worked for in the past. I came home last night to a HOT house! I called them this morning after having had another company come look at the unit and finding out I would need to replace the whole thing inside and outside! That company didn’t offer financing and then I I thought of Joan! I called them and was given a rough estimate, they sent me the application for financing, I completed that and was approved immediately! Then I got a call back and they verified my address and said a tech was coming to get all the information from our unit so they could give the exact cost. That tech, John, was at my house in less than an hour! I’ve signed all my financing documents, the rough estimate ended up being the true cost and they’re going to call me later today to schedule the unit replacement for the beginning of next week! To say they are amazing is an understatement! Thank you so much to everyone at Jackson Heating and Cooling!!

Called for regular yearly service and they were able to schedule our appointment next day!

I had the pleasure of working with several of their employees, from the receptionist to the technicians. I can’t stress enough how much of a joy it was to connect and conduct business with them.

We have been in our newly built house just over a year and woke up this morning to our laundry room ceiling leaking due to what looks to be poor installation. There is also leakage from the same issue behind our electrical panel…. And they can’t get someone to come look at it until this afternoon!!

Mike and his son replaced our AC unit and did a wonderful job. The customer service was awesome. They explained the process each step of the way and worked with us to complete the financing. We are very satisfied and highly recommend!

They put in a new unit and thermostat and saved us from a miserable summer last year. Only thing is they never told us where the filter was located to change it out and when we called they said it was “probably” in the return vent but they never came in and put a filter in and our return has no filter. So for a year we’ve had no filter and don’t know where it is to put a filter.

Chris, from Jackson Heating & Cooling came out to inspect an issue that had been occurring with one of our air units. It was working, but blowing out hot air due to not being connected properly by a previous tech...Chris was able to correct the problem within less than ten minutes!👏🏼 Chris was professional, thorough and efficient!
