Mike and Billy were AWESOME. They were very professional and courteous. Mike was very informative. They arrived on time and worked very quickly to fix the problem.

They installed a whole new heating and air system in my house in one day. Great work!! Now my entire home is the same temperature throughout the house. I would highly recommend Jackson Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs heating and air repair.

In my opinion this companies Technician must have been high when he aggressively shook to open my front door after ringing the door bell. They were to repair my system last week and never showed up. The gentleman was very rude and surprised when he noticed I had my gun for protection. After speaking with the gentleman about the incident he reacted very negatively so I told him nevermind about repairing my unit if you are going to be upset, mind you this guy was very aggressive with my door so he could be a potential thief or someone who is gonna cause us trouble. The neighborhood is a somewhat shady place anyhow so being armed for my protection is essential. This company as well never showed to do annual maintenance on my other property, so the money I paid them was wasted. Just beware of this company should you choose to use them.

When we got home from summer vacation on a Saturday, we found our AC was not working at all! The temperature inside my house was over 85 degrees and stifling, along with dealing with serious health issues and a toddler. I called Jackson Heating and Cooling and left a message, but it being a Saturday evening I didn't expect a call back. Someone called me back within an hour and said they could come whenever needed so I told them please come right away. He came right over, figured out the problem and fixed it at 10 pm at night! His name was Jason and he did a great job. He saved me and I was able to get some sleep!! I thought the price was very reasonable. I was very impressed with the service.

I have known and been affiliated with the fine people at Jackson Heating and Cooling for years. Joan Wilson runs a top notch dependable honest business and their work is supurb with very reasonable rates . I have been blessed to have used their services with complete satisfaction. Her managers, John and Vince have years of experience and knowledge and I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience of my life. I had nothing but issues with my air conditioning unit. 2 days ago the unit malfunctioned which caused water damaged to my house. According to the technician the tape they used didn’t hold which precluded some switch to malfunction. Now I get an invoice telling me that the drain was clogged which is not covered in the warranty...how ironic. Prior to this incident the unit completely stopped working. All these problems and the unit is less than 6 months old. Please don’t waste your money on these people..,pay the extra money and get quality merchandises and professionalism. If I could I would rate them a -0..,,but there’s so such thing

We are extremely pleased with the service we receive on our personal residence as well as our 8 rental units. Having a maintenance agreement with Jackson Heating & Cooling has taken all the worry and scheduling away from us. Great service, friendly staff and easy to work with.

This is my new HVAC company! They saved me during a big remodel when no one else would even talk to me.

The long story is that we had several contractors back out on a complete replacement of our HVAC. One did not even let us know. They just did not show up on the day they were supposed to. Then they would not answer the phone. This was during the time last year when inflation was crazy and parts were hard to come by. HVAC contractors were cherry picking the easiest jobs and leaving the rest alone.

We called Jackson Heating and Cooling just because they were close. They answered the phone and sent John out that afternoon. John showed up as he was supposed to and looked at the job. We were holding up construction because we were waiting to get the HVAC in. John said for us to keep rolling. His people would work around us and they would be back in a few days to do the install. Well, they came back when they said they would and took care of everything. There was a minor hiccup in the heat and they came back the next day and took care of that.

The bottom line is that this company does what they say they are going to do and charge a fair price. In this day and age, that should say it all. Good customer service is not at all common in the service industry because there is so much work out there. Companies like this will survive the lean times because of customers like me.

I will use this company for all my HVAC needs from now on.

In May 0f 2021 I had a new Goodman Heating and Air unit installed in which I financed at $5000. The unit was installed on Thursday, and by that Sunday instead of the house cooling, it was getting hotter and hotter, when the tech came on Monday, he stated the wires was crossed up causing the heat and air to come on. Just over a year later in June 2022, the unit stopped working and had to be replaced, even though the unit was covered under warranty, the labor was not, and I had to pay almost $700 which was so called a discount. The new unit was installed 07/22. NOW here I am on CHRISTMAS EVE 12/24/22, on one of the coldest days in Georgia in years, and my house is not heating over 59 degrees even with the thermostat on 85. Several calls has been placed to company, but it is a weekend and Christmas Eve, and no response. I keep my filters changed, and the unit is only 5 months old. I am currently recovering from a surgery I had in November, and should not be suffering in the cold, for a unit I am still paying for.!!!

These people have been so kind and professional. Honesty is big in this industry and they were not only honest but quick to respond. Thanks so much for looking at my unit and I’ll refer you to any of my friends or business associates.

I needed a new unit to replace the one that was over 30 years old. Jackson Heating & Cooling were over $1k cheaper than my other quotes. They came out quickly, did a great job, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. Great service!

Had Jackson out to replace my original 16-year old HVAC system. Installation went very smoothly, and I appreciate the decrease in energy costs during this extreme heat. Everyone was professional, from the owner to coordinator to installers. I received a fair price for the new unit and in line with quotes from other companies.

Witnessed this morning one of their employees inside of dollar general being rude to the lady at the register because she didn’t have change in her drawer to break a 20 over 4 dollars, so he proceeded to scold her for that and had her in tears after he and his apprentice left. The owner of this company needs to get control of his employees before one gets his teeth knocked out
