    I have to revisit my previous great review with some new information. Byrd Electric has been to my home several times over the past year. We were doing a remodel and rack time they sent the same guy for continuity. This time I called they advised the regular guy was no longer with them and that it would be, at least, three weeks before they could come out. Since other contractors were standing by, we were forced to hire another company. When they came in they discovered two code violations that had been installed by the Byrd electrician which had to be corrected prior to them continuing the process. Turns out that Byrd not being responsive was a good thing in that I was able to correct previous mistakes.

    Terry couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the repair. Andrew stayed in touch with timing and coordination of the service call. Prices were reasonable and he didn't leave until we were completely satisfied. He showed me pictures of all the work he did and cleaned everything up, we will use Byrd anytime we have needs in the future!
