Great people but never got back with an estimate

They drive around with a flashing bright light in their back windshield that gave me a head ache

I called, they picked up the phone long enough to hang up on me. That is extremely unprofessional. Even if you're busy, say "can I call you back?"

I CALLED N BECAUSE A DRIVER N COMPANY TRUCK WAS RIDING MY BUMPER..I HAVE SPINE INJURY SO IF HE' WOULD'VE REAR ENDED MY CAR..ID BE CRIPPLED..I CALLED TO COMPLAIN WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME ..BUT NO WORD YET.. RECKLESS DRIVER

Called these folks over one of there drivers being overly aggressive on the road ...there is no reason for that but when I called the lady was super nice and said she would be addressing it

We have used this service twice and have been EXTREMELY pleased - they only take down the trees necessary and don't try to "pad your bill". We wouldn't use anyone else - highly recommend!!

They came out and removed our Satellite dish from a 30 ft pole which they mounted for us 15 years ago. We no longer use it.

NO experts here! They initially said two weeks to get to my job, but they never showed up after I gave them a month. Their estimator never even came out, he just asked for pictures and lied the whole time about my job being "on the schedule". Stay away!

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY! I had an arborist to come work a plan to CUTBACK my barrier trees and to top off some overgrown trees. The cutters must have come unsupervised because they totally stripped the privacy with my neighbors and did top off the trees but did not shape the existing drooping limbs. When I told the arborist what had happened, his response was..."What do you want me to do, glue them back on?" Now I have to find someone to take care of this mess, which they have no intention of. All 5 Company Core Values that they state were violated!

These guys were wonderful. Worked hard until job was completed. Took several large trees down and chipped them on site. Left yard looking better than when they started. Highly recommend.

Ryan, Carlos and the rest of their crew did a great job. I had a tree leaning on my house and the house next door was just a foot away it took them all day. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family

Joe Gresham, Certified Arborist, came to me by way of the National Park Service, my next-door neighbor. He was checking out a big tree in the Chattahoochee Forest with limbs hanging over my side porch, as a part of his contract with the NPS, and noticed a dead tree that needed removing. When asked, he promptly gave me advice about removing 3 trees in my yard that were struggling to get light (blocked by the forest foliage) and leaning towards my home. Though a higher quote than I had received, he was a certified arborist and well informed so I trusted his expertise. Team 380, led by Cory Wall, came less than 2 weeks later to take care of the dead NPS tree and mine. This team is super impressive! They were early and jumped right in with incredible speed, safety, security, attention to detail, and accuracy--an amazing team to watch! Aside from their expertise, they work together and communicate as a model for all kinds of teams! They didn't even get a leaf in the swimming pool right below the trees but came back after they put all of their tools away with a blower to even blow out the ditch under the tree! Amazing workers! I will definitely call them back!

Our house was hit by a tornado on June 1,2018. A 35+ ton oak fell on the house and caused extensive damage. Casey Tree was first on the scene even though many homes were affected by the storm. They removed enough of the tree to get the tarps on the roof. Since our property in on a slope, Mr. Casey himself came out to offer his opinion.
The crew was amazing. Polite, willing to answer questions and given the devistation, they left my yard as clean as possible.
We have other trees that we are planning on removing and trimming up this summer. From this point forward, I will only hire Casey Tree. They were here when I needed them the most. Joe Gresham is honest and will not promise anything he can’t deliver.

If I could give Casey six stars I would!

I have never used this company, but one of their trucks drove by me as I was walking home and the employee who was driving shouted some obscene things at me. Because the truck was stuck in traffic, he had the opportunity to shout at me three times as I would catch up to his car in the traffic, and he did each time. I emailed the company to voice my displeasure but they did not care to respond. I certainly wouldn't want to do business with an organization whose employees are so disrespectful to or okay with making women feel unsafe on the street. There are plenty of others to whom you can give your business.
