Armstrong tree service trimmed a large tree in backyard and was very pleased upon completion and clean up of job. Highly recommend thier services.

Today, in Calloway, Florida, where Hurricane Michael had a direct hit, our church group from Arkansas came down to help the pastor of a local church and went to help a member of the that is out of town. We were going to remove a tree out of their roof, clean up debris, and put a tarp over the roof so if it rained, the house inside would not be destroyed. Well, “Dustin” in a pink hat with American flag socks (scam artist) said to us that he lived in the “area” and he is helping Armstrong with tree jobs around the town. Told us we couldn’t cut the trees because “we aren’t insured”. Then little Mexican, “Felipe” or whatever started arguing with us and pulled a chainsaw sharpener as a threat and provoked us. Dustin does not live here in the area. DO NOT USE THEM.

Not honest business practices. Used to remove tree after hurricane and was charge for equipment not used. Associated with a man named Dustin who acts as a private contractor and storm recovery expert. He’s a scam and will attempt to solicit construction work if your home was damaged. Beware!

Fernando (New Owner) did a job for me in June and his team did a great job 👏🏻 Great price as well! I’m very pleased with the new management!

I set up an appointment a week in advance for a quick estimate. They never showed during the allotted time. I called them multiple times after my time window had passed and after multiple empty promises and 45 minutes of more wasted time, they told me they could reschedule. I took a day off of work for this, and they burned it. I'll never call them again.

I was very satisfied with Felipe and the crews work. They did a great job. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up well. I will be using their services and again.

I had two large pine trees removed from difficult locations. Armstrong did the job for a good price. Cut down safely, removal and clean up completed.

Excellent customer service, and understand the need of the customer. The workers were thorough, communicative and did an excellent job cleaning up behind their work. I live in a townhome and they were respectful of the neighbors. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I hired ATS to remove 8 overgrown trees around my house. They did great job without damaging any surrounding trees or shrubs and they left everything clean and neat. I am very pleased with their service.

Felipe and his crew did a great job! They took down an old Maple tree that had died. They were precise and cautious and work together very well. I would recommend these strong and hard working young men.

Armstrong Tree Service did a wonderful job taking down two massive water oak trees in our yard and trimming several river birch trees. They used a 40 ton crane because both trees were close to the home/carport. I would recommend their services and plan to use them again!

A friend recommended Armstrong Tree Service after Hurricane Zeta brought two large trees down on our backyard workshop. Philipe made an excellent assessment of what needed to be done for a safe removal, and had worked with our insurance company before, so that really smoothed the process. The team arrived on time, were very considerate (laying plywood so thier bobcat wouldn't damage our lawn), and their communication with each other while removing the trees was phenominal to watch. They were very methodical, and careful every step of the way. They were able to bring the trees down with minimal damage to the surrounding landscape & with NO additional damage to the workshop or fencing nearby. The bobcat operator was very aware of his surroundings; able to maneuver in spaces that we didn't think the 'cat would fit. You can tell this is a team who have worked together for a long time, care about one another & care about their customer. We have other trees to remove & we will definately be using Armstrong Tree Service. Thanks guys!

I called Armstrong Tree Service in Lilburn,GA and one of their company representatives came to my home to give me a quote for tree removal, stump grinding and pinestraw removal with full cleanup & disposal. I was given a quote in a reasonable time. The original representative was curtious and explained the process and answered all of my questions. He explained that I needed to call the power company to schedule getting the line dropped so they could remove trees that surrounded the power lines. I was called back a few days later and one of the owners, Felipe got on the phone and said that my scheduled date with the power company was 2-3 weeks away and that was too long to wait. He said I needed to call the power company back because that is a game they play and stress to the power company that is was an emergency that my trees needed to come down sooner. It was at least a two week wait, but it had been raining most of that time and I wanted to make sure I would not be held liable if there was a tree mishap. The power company could not change my date. I was called again by Armstrong and told that a foreman was coming out to look at the job. I asked would the original representative come back and was told he was away for three weeks. They were supposed to call and let me know they were coming, but they just showed up the next day. I walked outside and we talked. They said they could do the work without the lines having to be dropped. I was not comfortable with that as I knew as a homeowner, I would be liable. At the end of our talk, they told me they could not do the job for the original quote I was given on their letterhead. According to the quote, the proposal is valid for 30 days and I am within that period. I said they should honor the quote that I was provided by Felipe. The forman said they could not and I asked why. They said it was too much work for that price. I explained that they should honor the pricing and I was told that is why the original representative does not work for them anymore. I got a call today to confirm they would not honor the quote so I decided not to go with this company. I don't trust a company that will not honor their written word or suggest unethical practices. I do not recommend using this company.

Changed my review from 1 star to 4 since they finally came out to grind up the roots. I would have given 5 stars, but they never communited with me and took 2 months to resolve this issue. It is now December 16th, too late to plant the tree I purchased.

They did a great job cutting down the trees. However, the grinding of the roots were only a couple of inches below the ground. When I went to plant my tree, I discovered this. I contacted them 6 times. They never returned my call. I finally was able to talk to the sales rep. He assured me he was going to contact the person they contracted out to grind the Roots. It's been 4 weeks, and I haven't heard anything. I paid them $5,100.

Armstrong is fantastic! They removed two trees at my house and four at a rental property, all in one day! They were very efficient, worked safely and did a perfect cleanup job. We will call them the next time we need tree work done!

Armstrong took care of tree removal from our yard effortlessly and it was not an easy job. The guys are very skilled, efficient and professional! Will definitely use them again for future needs and would highly recommend them!

Hired Armstrong Tree Service to trim back several trees and shrubs, remove a couple of trees, clear and grind. They came out promptly, were very professional and cleaned up so well before they left that we didn't even realize they had been to our home. Would definitely recommend this company for their great service and prices.
