Atlanta Landscape management is a great company. From the receptionist Mellody ,to owner and landscaper Donald .Customer service is # 1. They were punctual ,and knowledgeable in what they do. The workers were professional and worked well.

Mr Maddox and his crew was ontime, professional very unformed. They know exactly what they are doing and got the job done. I am very satisfied and look forward to getting more work done with utilizing Atlanta Landscape Management Group. Thank you very much 😊

I’m here to share my awesome & professional experience with the Atlanta Landscape Management Group.

I requested for landscaping ideas in my backyard including a firepit & updates to my existing flower bed which definitely needed some enhancements. After reaching out using the contact number provided online, Donald Maddox contacted me & responded back to me in a timely manner so he could set a date to visit & provide me with a quote. My knowledge around gardening and plants is very limited but Donald was knowledgeable, patient, & willing to answer all my questions no matter what which I greatly appreciated. Some representatives can be a bit condescending but Donald was very easy to talk to & provided recommendations in a way that made sense to me. After going through the options, he talked me through the details of the quote/estimate which was very reasonable and we set a date to proceed. The rest of the team came out a few days later since I had a small job and they did a great job creating a square patio with a firepit & a paver stone walkway leading to my back porch. They also realigned my existing flower bed bricks so that it was more aesthetically pleasing and even fixed my broken gate latch for me even though it wasn’t a part of the quote or services which was really nice of them! A really kind and efficient group to work with!

Overall, I was very pleased with the communication and attentiveness to my needs as a customer while working with the Atlanta Landscape Management Group! Donald was truly such a pleasure to work with & I highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs. I will most certainly be considering them for future projects if needed. Two thumbs way up!

My experience with Atlanta Landscape Management Group was extremely satisfactory. I was totally amazed at how beautiful the project came out. I had a vision and it all came to light in a timely fashion. Donald Maddox was patient with my ideas, gave me a number of suggestions since I wanted little to no greenery (Don't judge me). Donald made my backyard my haven, my place, and now I can't wait to go out there everyday. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would totally consider using him again for any of my landscaping needs and projects. Atlanta Landscape Management Group came to our property and did a great job. We had an idea, put it down on paper and they executed it as we wanted. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

I’ve thought long and hard about this review. I hired this company for a zoysia front and back sod job. I was referred by 2 people I know and am hesitate to voice my complaints. It has been nearly 4 months, 2 months of water bills of $400 and my backyard still looks pretty bad. The company started with assurances to correct/replace the bad areas until they got better. The areas were replaced with sod that did not match, did not catch on, did not have topsoil even though suggested, etc. I even offered to pay extra for the topsoil to go under the replaced sod and that was never done. Donald assured me that my business was important and a good review was important. He promised to stick it out with me until the job was right. He was always very nice and seemed sincere. I am so disappointed that he did not follow through with getting the job done right completely. I am so disappointed that I fought myself for 2 months about doing this review - and every time I go to my backyard I get upset. I am MORE disappointed that my backyard zoysia job looks like a terrible weave job with bald and dead patches. It is is clear from the reviews that this company does good work - but the quality of work for me SUCKED. Donald did text me a few months ago for an update. I sent photos of the terrible view from my deck at various stages throughout the summer. I never heard back from him. I feel that my business and the referrals of those who spoke highly of him were simply not important. THESE PHOTOS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
