They came and did what they were supposed to do. They moved quickly to get the job done. They made a neat pile of the remaining debris. They even got rid of an additional small tree. It was not in the original estimate but they didn't charge me for it.

This company is extremely unprofessional. They were two days late from the appointment, showed up unannounced and did not communicate with me at all.
Yesterday when they showed, they said they were approved for three trees and the limbs on the house, they asked if they can leave the debris in the yard and I told them not to leave the trees and debris in the yard yet they proceeded to do so anyways. Today, I called the number and the man (didn't get his name) tried to argue with me and tell me I don't own the home so what does it matter... then told me they can either clean up the limbs on the house or clean the trees and debris from my yard. I have the whole conversation recorded. This whole ordeal was extremely stressful and I should not be given an ultimatum because they didn't bring the right equipment. I should not have been talked over on the phone and told that I don't own it so why does it matter... I still have to live here and I still have to maintain this home which is in my lease. But I should not have to even say that as I told them that I did not want anything left in the yard. If I can give this company zero stars, I would. A huge disappointment.

Update: They left the debris is my yard and went home. I am furious
