Great Service,I just missed them a few times.

Good people just make sure you arrive early. They close on time

Had them remove debris. They promised more than they delivered. Very bad experience. Very very bad.

Great place for cooking wood

As a Realtor that works with Builders and General Contractors on a regular, I can say that every time I have referred him to a construction job that required trees being removed in difficult scenarios...well..... Trust me, He makes "Popping the Top" and building upwards a breeze!!!!

We have been working with this vendor extensively for over eight years. Services are always delivered promptly and neatly. I would not hesitate to refer Arborserv.

Worked with Jarrett for many years. Kwows his bbusiness. Honest, reliable and very competitive pricing.

Owner didn't follow instructions. He didn't trim bushes but cut them back completely which is not what I asked for. When I complained about the work that was done, his response was very unprofessional. Do not use this business!

Do not waste your time with this clown he knows what the problem is. I have called him 6 times to correct the problem yet nothing has been done. Willie Summer, Darryl is not coming back he is not going to replace the wood and you are correct you will never again hear from him.

AborServ removed 15 trees, all the debris and grinded stumps for Jackameric Auto Center in 3 days.
Darryl and the crew did an Excellent job at working around the cars and making sure the job was finished in a timely manor!!!

Came out to the site to purchase some wood for home... Great deal with 50 PCs for $25

This company was hired to clear trees away from the power lines on my street and one of the employees cut my Internet line. I tried to speak to his boss and he denied it. I called several times and when I finally got a hold of him he took my address and said he would make sure things were taken care of. He never did. I called again and there was no answer. No apologies, not effort to fix the situation just avoidance and dismissal.

A subsidiary of ArborServ (Atlanta Wood Products) delivered a cord of firewood on a commercial dump truck. The driver backed into the driveway at an angle to raise the bed to drop the firewood at the edge of the garage. After dropping the load the driver couldn't straighten the truck in the driveway so he drove across my lawn .... I was horrified ... I called the office to complain and asked to speak to Daryl Dorton, the owner, to discuss remedial solutions for the damage. I called several times; I've sent pictures; spoken to Mr. Dorton a couple of times to schedule his visit to view the damage. That was January of this year; it's now November - he hasn't showed yet ....

I called this business (ArborServ) previously to cut down a tree in my yard and they did an amazing job. I called them back a couple of months later to take down another tree in the yard and it starting off great but spiraled down hill. They came in Wednesday (3/7/18) cut down the tree and came back the next day (Thursday, 3/8/18)to finish the job. I came home and my front yard was ruined. The company drove across the front yard with out my perimisson to get out of my drive way. Daryl never called to say what he has done to the yard. I had to come home and find the yard damaged. When I called Daryl to ask why did they drive across the yard. He told me “it’s not that serious to have a heart attack about. We can come back and rake it out”. You can not rake out tire trenches in a yard, with replanting grass and hay. I asked him could he come to my house that same day (Thursday, 3/9/18) at 4:30 so we can talk about this. He agreed and I never received a phone call after that letting me know he couldn’t make the appointment. He called me at 8pm Thursday, 3/8/18 with an excuse of why he couldn’t make it. He set the time for the next day Friday 3/10/18 asking would I be available at 4:30pm again I agreed. 4:30 came around no phone call or text, Saturday came I didn’t hear anything. Sunday (3/11/18) afternoon around 3pm he shows up at my house (with a cigar in his hand) wanting to talk about the damage. I was extremely upset because he went two days without calling me letting me know he could not make the appointment. I asked him how would he have felt if someone would have damaged and left his front yard like that. He never answered the question, after me complaining and telling him how unprofessional he was/is(for about 15-20mins), I asked him how much do I owe him and when can he fix my yard. We set another date again for the following (Friday3/16/18 at 4:30) for us to walk through so that he can fix the damage. As usual Friday came no Daryl. The went by no phone. The next week comes I get a certified letter in the mail (Wednesday, 3/21/18) stating that he would be at my house )Friday (3/23/18) and he demands his money after the completion of fixing my yard to my satisfaction. First we never agreed on that date second I signed for the letter so he knew I received it. Friday 3/23/18, no call no show. Once again I’ve been taken my Friday evenings for him not to show up. This Friday(3/30/18) I had a feeling he would show up, well I wasn’t going to wait it out this time I had things to do, sure enough Daryl shows up saying I never heard back from you I didn’t know you received the letter. I was like I signed for the letter so I know you know I received it.. After going back and forth for about 3 mins he promise me as usual he will be at my house at 9am 3/31/18Saturday morning. Saturday morning the company was here at 9:30. All I can say is thank God that I am done with this situation and I learned one thing from this and that is not deal with people who are unprofessional! The owner is a liar and very un-professional. I WILL NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY JOB! You might end up with a damage yard and no phone call to let you know. If you book him ask him about this situation and see what lie he tells you.

This company was contracted to remove some trees from the property adjacent to mine, to clear powerlines. They did not remove trees from my yard, yet used my front yard to back their trucks into (without permission), completely destroying the ground and leaving unsightly ruts/mud in about a third of my front yard. I called and spoke with the owner, Daryl, who apologized and said he would send someone out to fix my yard, and it's now been 3 weeks. My calls have gone unreturned and I have filed a complaint with GA Power. I'm not an unreasonable person; I just want my yard restored since it was so carelessly wrecked by your team!!

This place has the best firewood I have found, only come to them now. Customer for life. The prices are very reasonable and the wood burns slow. Don't forget to tip the guys loading. Love the chilly nights with fireplace burning. Thanks Arborserv, yall are great 👍

I would definitely recommend ArborServ., Inc. I had the best experience ever. Darryl was very professional including his superb crew. His price was great for cutting down an entire Pine Tree. It took only an hour to complete with only 2 men. Liz was friendly also. I will definitely use them again for future projects. Thanks Guys!!! Excellent Job!!!!
