Darryl and his team are top notch all the way. They always get the job done in a safe and quick manor. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions and I will continue to do so. Liz in the office is always very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service professional and prompt. I had 2 very large trees removed and they also trimmed several trees around my property and removal all in a day’s work. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and provided recommendations for other tree but said it wasn’t anything I needed to do immediately which means it was all about money to him. I appreciate the great service and would recommend them to my family and friends.

UPDATE : I ended up using Angie's List conflict resolution service. I then quickly got a partial refund check in the mail, without being contacted first.

I ordered a cord of seasoned firewood to be delivered and was satisfied with the quick response and delivery. However, the wood was far from seasoned and pretty much green. I contacted Daryl, the owner and he was quick to apologize and offer to make it right by providing more seasoned firewood and kindling. Well its been a month now and Ive managed to get a hold of him only once more despite numerous call and voicemails. I did catch him earlier this week and he apologized despite not really remembering what happened and promised he would be delivering within a few days. Still nothing an I assume there wont be any resolution.

I'm extremely happy with ArborServ, Darryl Dorton and his employees. They did any excellent job removing 3 trees from my backyard. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. The job was completed in less than 2 hours and they removed all the debris from my yard and the street. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you ArborServ for a job well done!!!

4/13/2024. He Never showed to do job as promised. I called and confirmed day prior. Spoke the morning of delivery 9:17am Said he was loading truck to head my way. I called at 11:30am to check. Said he was coming. Waited all day until late afternoon. No calls from him. Unreliable, unprofessional, no respect for others time, he wasted my entire day. DO NOT USED THEIR SERVICE!!!

This pile of branches has been in our front yard since APRIL 20. After many calls and emails to DeKalb County, ArborServ (as a county contractor) finally picked up SOME of it this past Monday. They said they'd be back Tuesday for the rest. Last we heard, they were definitely coming this morning. Oh guess what... they got the day off because it was supposed to rain. I wish I had a job where I could continually deflect, lie, not show up, have no accountability, and generally have zero clue what's going on... and still get paid.

I have had to call Mr Darryl a few times over the years when my chipper went out and he has been the only company that answers or calls back in a timely manner and has my debris cleaned up before any other company even calls me back. Everyone from the office lady to the drivers are super nice. And the clean up the drivers do is above and beyond. The prices are good but service they provide is worth more than they charge!

The storm split my beautiful and cherished plum tree in the front yard yesterday evening. Half of it across the yard, the other half very close to my home. It was so reassuring to have a person (not an automated messenger, text relay, or chat bot) actually answer the phone, take in details of my concern, and the owner show up for the estimate WITHIN THE HOUR! After assessing my situation, he gave a great estimate with an action plan. My tree was cut down, all the limbs removed and debris from mine and my neighbors yards was blown, raked, and cleared within two hours of the initial assessment…and before the high winds blew in for the evening. All is clear, safe and very economical. I can’t thank you enough Daryl and crew, for saving the day!

I have to say that they have such a great business down there! The guy who load my vehicle with firewood always deserves a tip from me and my friends. He's courteous and helpful and thanks for the extra fire kindling wood you be blessed young man!

Had a lot of branches and debris from a project, called them up and they were here with 30 mins. The job took less than a hour and they got it more clean than before we cut the trees lol. Amazing service
