Didn't cut the tree the small enough before placing on the curb. Dekalb county charge me $100

They came out to my residence and removed the tree from my yard. They even filled up a sinkhole that I had in yard with wood chips. I really appreciated that.

Great people, great prices, excellent service. This company came to my rescue after another tree company had screwed me up, left my work undone and left me stranded. Mr Ramos is a darn good man. He stepped up with his crew, got rid of 4 huge pine trees that had fallen in my yard, cleaned up the whole yard and left the whole place looking fresh....all for 1/3 the price everyone else was quoting. You may not remember me or the beautiful job you did at my house on Rockbridge Rd in October 2017 Mr Ramos. But I wont forget you. Thank you for your kindness, great work ethic and your integrity in honoring your quoted price even though the work turned out to be much harder and much more time consuming than anticipated.

Not a fan of bad reviews; however, when I asked Ramos Tree Service to check with my neighbor who was waiting to show them the exact tree that needed attention, they decided to do a drive-by and not get out of their vehicle - my neighbor saw them. They also sent me a quote for over $2000.00 to take down two other trees plus trimming. Needless to say, I'm looking for a more honest company. What a shame :-(

They just recently two weeks ago took down multiple trees for my mother, even the neighbor saw there work and got them to take down trees. They did a good job but they never picked up the trees they put in our yard even the trees from our neighbors yard was in ours. We had to pay extra for someone to pick up the trees as well. It's very disappointing to see this type of behavior and taking away money for services not completed. Because they don't want to answer your phone call after so many times.
