We shopped around for a tree service company and Ramos tree service provided the best price by far. Their price was very reasonable. One company gave us a price of $2000 more than what Ramos charged for cutting down 4 trees. We had 5 or 6 estimates. Don't make the reasonable price fool you. They knew exactly what they were doing. Our driveway, our yard nor our prized plants, and we have many plants, were not even touched. We are very pleased and will use them again for future jobs and we will happily refer them to anyone.

Excellent service. Timely and professional! Extremely cost effective, and not charging you what equates to a down payment for a house to remove a tree.

I saw the wonderful reviews for Ramos Tree service and decided to call him and I'm glad I did. His pricing was the lowest of all my estimates and his team did an outstanding job. I had a 40 ft tree removed. Price was very reasonable compared to other companies. When they finished the job, they cleaned up the area to my satisfaction. Any concerns that I had, Angel personally answered and resolved them.

I’ve used Ramos Tree Services multiple times and have always been pleased with their work. This last time he went way and above and did such a wonderful job I thought I should leave some remarks. He did an outstanding job; we had about 30 trees taken out of our front yard and had stumps ground down on about half of those. The procedure it took 4 days. At the end of each day they cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess, they blew off the lawn, sidewalk and driveway off making sure if we needed to go anywhere we weren’t locked in. They would come the next day and at the end of they day they would do the same thing. The last day they worked to 9 pm to make sure they were finished. He took out some stumps I hadn’t even asked to be taken out as a bonus, they completely cleaned up between the remaining trees, even graded things off. They did an outstanding job. He is one of the few people I have worked with over the last few years who gave you more than you expected. I like to do business with people who overdeliver and he overdelivered and did an outstanding job. I would recommend him to anybody with a small job or a large job. A year ago we used him on a job with danger tree, a large oak that overhung a house. He dropped a log on the sidewalk and broke the sidewalk. The next day he was over there and took out the damaged section and repaired it without me even asking or mentioning it to him. He has always done an outstanding job and I would recommend him to anyone.

My first experience in December 2021 was great. I had a dead tree removed and chipped, along with branches from a neighbor pruned. My second experience in January 2022 went great as to cutting trees along my fence line at the rear of the house. Due to the rainy weather, I agreed to call them when it was dry enough to get their chipper to chip the downed trees. I was stood up 4 times and I requested a refund for the incomplete work. Mr Ramos told me he does not give refunds. I have a signed quote that includes cutting and removing the trees. Do not pay for incomplete work.

The office gave me a quote for 2000.00 for the tree below. That was the price for one tree. I was trying to get estimate. One place said 800.00 and another for all trees I. The island a total of five they would cut down grind stump and haul away. For what this company quoted me again 2000.00 for one tree is crazy.

I purchased firewood from Ramos Tree services on Sunday. For starters, I sat outside for 5 minutes waiting for someone. I ended up calling and texting and finally reached someone. I asked to make sure the wood wasn’t wet, I was told that it was freshly cut and dry. Once I was home and settled I put the wood in and tried burning it I noticed the water instantly dripping of the sides when it started getting hot. I texted and let them know the problem. I was then told to let it sit for the night. Monday, tried again and still the same thing. It’s 35 degrees outside, I didn’t buy wood to have to let is sit out before use. On top of spending $20 on the wood I had to buy fire log startes (they last 4hrs) and even with those the wood still wouldn’t burn completely. I requested a refund they told me that I need to bring all the wood back to get a refund. I WOULD NOT recommend buying firewood from them‼️

The entire crew were very professional, respectful and skilled. Their work is impressive and level of skill is worth every cent because you want experienced people cutting down trees near your home. The guys worked so well together and the completed the job very fast. Cleaned up afterwards and just did an amazing job. I’m recommending this company to all my neighbors, friends and family.

This company was absolutely outstanding!!! Please call them if you are looking for a professional company to complete tree services!! I contacted them on a Friday morning to remove some trees that were very close to my neighbors fences. They also trimmed some other trees. Before the end of the day all trees were trimmed and they started cutting down the trees near the fences. They returned early Saturday morning with equipment to safely remove the trees next to the fences. They cleaned my yard professionally and removed all debris and trees. The owner came back to check the quality of the work and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with everything. This is absolutely a top notch, professional company!!

I had Ramos Tree Services give me a quote for some tree trimming and the quote was reasonable. They came and did a great job for what I needed done. The clean up was very good. I would definitely recommend to my friends...very professional.

Angel and his crew were excellent in their service and professionalism in taking out 4 BIG trees in tight spots between our house and our neighbor’s house and had the limbs chipped, logs hauled off, and stumps ground down. They also cleaned our gutters. They were courteous and went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with their service. They also cleaned up the areas affected and applied straw. We enjoyed our interactions with them and would use them again. We highly recommend them.

Mark Hamilton arrived at dinner time to remove a large dead limb dangling over our driveway. His quote came in the middle of the range that we were expecting. He placed plywood on the lawn (to avoid tire marks) and moved potted plants before skillfully backing the big truck into position to lift himself to the limb. He cut the limb (plus a little more that we had requested) while avoiding the incoming power line, cut the limbs apart and loaded them on the truck. He did it all carefully and without damaging our property, and cleaned up afterward. It was after dark when he completed the job. We will certainly call Southern Touch next time!
