I am in the business of flipping homes and I needed a straight forward cleaning company to make my homes smell and look presentable for selling. The process and time they ladies took was well thought out! I received a hand scrub to put in my properties bathroom and although I didn't care too much for it my buyers loved it and thought it was a nice touch. I thank tip top for putting customer service and quality into my projects. Now I continue to work with them on each property they show up and I never question their quality!

I could not be more pleased with the job that Tip Top Services have provided. They were able to clean my two-story home in a timely manner as well as follow all instructions that were detailed before-hand. I'm 7 months pregnant and my husband and I were deciding on various cleaning services, so that my energy, while on maternity leave, could be focused on our new family. I would call this team back time and time again. This was the most professional group of employees I have ever come across. I highly recommend using their services.

Though I have not yet used their actual services, I have to say Melany is the most courteous, sincere, professional person I have spoken to in a long time... possibly ever! If the rest of their staff are half as Amazing as Melany, then this is definitely a top notch five star organization!!

Update: I did not receive tropical colors as I requested. After several months of waiting for the tropical colors to bloom as requested it is still not what I requested in my consultation and several calls and text with picture samples afterwards. Feels like I was given whatever was leftover from other projects. Extremely disappointed. I have patiently waited for corrections that are still not complete.

Contacted this company after a previous company stopped showing up to complete work. I paid them a fee to look at my yard and provide a quote. Someone did come out to look and promised me a quote. After about a week, I called the company for an estimate and was promised within the week. I still have not received the estimate nor a refund.

My homeowners association hired them to service our community. 2 weeks ago they came out and my lawn was very uneven and choppy and there was a area where dirt was exposed due to the lawnmower wheel digging it up. They were also supposed to trim my hedges and did not do so and they left an entire side of my front lawn uncut. They came back out again recently and I noticed that they were using weed eaters to cut the grass instead of lawn mowers. I spoke with the gentleman that were providing the service and they assured me that it would be a nice even cut this time. It looks just ok but I was just not happy because they used weed eaters instead of a lawn mower. I feel that my grass would be more even if cut with a mower and I like it cut a little bit lower so that it can look good longer. All in all I feel like they just rushed through the job because they already have a contract and a check. Just my opinion though.
