I just had a great experience with Morris Plumbing! I decided this morning that I was tired of waiting on my husband to replace our busted toilet so I looked up plumbers in Atlanta. I found Mr. Morris' site and gave him a call. He was so helpful and courteous over the phone, I canceled my other two quotes and decided to hire him. He got to my house just hours later, right on time, and did a great job installing the toilet! And he did it for a great price!

All together, I would say this guy is great -- professional, prompt, helpful, competent and NICE! You could not ask for more!

Morris was honest and professional, able to quickly diagnose something that was not a plumbing issue at all. Will definitely call him next time we have the need.

We had severe clogs in 2 of our 3 bathrooms. Mr. Morris came out same-day on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem with our toilets, repaired them and went the extra mile to make sure the all the bolts on all 3 toilets were tightened and even ran out to get a replacement for one. He went above and beyond and had us back operational in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.

My call was answered immediately by Mr. Morris himself. We discussed my plumbing issue and we tentatively scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mr. Morris called me in the evening to confirm our appointment, which I appreciated.

Mr. Morris and his apprentice (wonderful young person!) arrived on time and immediately got to work. It is clear that Mr. Morris is a master plumber. He quickly, efficiently and neatly installed the toilet.

Morris handled everything!! Other plumbers couldn’t find the leak and assumed it was coming from the slab. He found the leak in the wall in 7 minutes saving me $400 on a slab leak detection company. Mr. Morris delayed leaving for his own trip out of state on a Friday afternoon to replace a burned-out ejector pump in my home's basement apartment. He noticed other failures in the existing pipe installation and agreed to return after his trip to repair them. Honest, skilled, and responsive - just what you want in a plumber!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Morris Thursday. I found out that morning that I had a leak in my front yard that has been leaking for well over two weeks. So I needed help fixing my outside under ground pipe asap. Called Mr. Morris he was in my neighborhood said he come over in about two hours and sure enough he arrived at 4:30 dig up the hold gave me a GREAT estimate within about 1 1/2 hours it was fixed keep in mind it was raining no storming but him and his working did not stop until it was fixed.

I own a few properties in the Atlanta area. Few weeks ago I received an extremely high water bill at a vacant property. I found this company online and decided to give them a call. They determined there was no leak, showed me proof, and even sent a letter for my water company. Yesterday I received a call from a tenant at another property informing me they heard water pouring in the basement and it was flooded in raw sewage. The owner came out immediately. He discovered the problem right away and had it fixed in no time. He explained in detail what the cause was, how it could be prevented in the future and what he was going to do step by step to get my home cleaned out, sanitized and back in safe living condition. I was going to file an insurance claim but decided to pay out of pocket once I saw my deductible was extremely high and to avoid any increase in my premium. They were supportive in my decision, and even gave me a discounted rate which they did not have to do. The owner and his employees are honest, hard working, and very knowledgeable in the plumbing field. I will absolutely only use Morris Plumbing for all of my (plumbing) needs in the future at every single one of my properties. They travel all over! Anyone who calls them, are in great hands.

I can’t say enough about this outstanding company ! Mr. Morris came right away after a disastrous pipe burst in my bathroom. It leaked so much, the ceiling warped downstairs. Mr. Morris came out and located the issue immediately. But, then he handled the mitigation part as well! He worked diligently and efficiently. He also did the restoration work as too! I’ve owned my home for 18 years, and it looks better than when I bought it brand new! The ceiling from the kitchen to the garage had to be replaced. After Mr. Morris and his outstanding colleagues finished, it was like it never happened. And unfortunately the floors were not repairable. So the company removed and replaced all the floors. And I was speechless at the final result. He effortlessly worked with my insurance company, for a seem less transition back to normalcy.
