Total professional and highly recommended. Mr Morris arrived at the exact time he promised and didn't try to change the quoted price, which was fair and less than others who quoted the job. He completed the job thoroughly and explained ways to prevent it from happening again. Mr. Morris cleaned up after himself and was in and out in less than an hour. I would hire him again in an instant.

Came out on Sunday and rebuild my faucet unclogged my toilet. And gave me advice about the winter freeze. And will definitely use again.

I called them up this morning, spoke with him and he had a full schedule. After explaining my problem he made it a priority to put on the schedule today. Sent a few pics of my hot water heater and he quoted me the price, picked up the parts and a few hours later he was here and extremely high water pressure issue causing my toilets to leak was resolved. I must say, I was extremely impressed and proud of the job that he did.

He did an awesome job for less than half the price of the first quote I got! He was able to handle the job the next day and did a thorough job of explaining all the repairs he was doing. This is my second time using him and I will continue to utilize his services in the future! Recommend highly!

I called Mr. Morris at 5:30p pm Sunday, 8/10/214. I explained to him my problem and he quoted me a price that I couldn't afford at the time. I told him what I had, he accepted, and he told me he would see me in an hour. An hour later, he was at my home and went straight to work. He told me what the problem was and only charged me 1/2 of the cost he accepted. Mr. Morris is thorough, reasonable and understanding. The problem was bigger than expected and the cost is more than I expected, but he quoted me a reasonable price for the work that needs to be done. I will definitely be using Morris Plumbing and Sewer again. Thank you Mr. Morris.

Mr. Morris has repaired two water leaks at my home. His first visit to my home was for a water leak outside the house. I called Mr. Morris after another company had given me an outrageous repair quote, but could not tell me the location of the leak. Mr. Morris came out and found the leak immediately and completed the repair quickly. Not only did he do a good job in repairing the leak, the cost was 100% less than the previous plumber estimate. His work and professionalism was outstanding and for that reason I used his service again today for a major leak inside the home to discover water was spraying from the top of the water heater. The water heater had burst and he gave me an affordable estimate that included the cost of a new water heater and a new pressure regulator and pipe. Once again he did a great job and I am now a loyal custom with Morris Plumbing and Sewer.

Mr. Morris came to inspect a leak that was occuring in my dining room ceiling. Within 5 minutes he determined the leak was coming from the bathroom directly above my dining room. He found the problem stemmed from a worn out wax ring on my toilet. He fixed the problem and my husband and I were very pleased.

As a precautionary measure he returned within one week to check the wax ring on my master bathroom toilet and replaced it as well. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism. He was punctual, very knowledgeable, approachable and took time to explain what was wrong and how he could correct the problem. He even gave advice on preventive measures to take in the future.

His pricing was affordable for the level of work that was performed. I feel comfortable recommending his services to my friends and family, and even to a complete stranger. He stands behind his work and does it right the first time. That is important to me because in times like these nobody has hard earned money to throw away.

Kudos to Morris Plumbing and Sewer services, if there were more like him in the business there would be less to worry about in the time of an emergency. I would rate the service as 5 Star or Excellent!

Mr Morris was very helpful and professional. I had a bad pressure release valve. He replaced it in a timely manner. He also check other things I had questions about. He went above and beyond my expectations. I chose him by what I read on Google reviews and he did not disappoint me. I will recommend him to my friends and I will be calling him when I have any plumbing issues.

Easy to deal with! Has done 2 jobs at my house for a great price. Called other plumbers and still waiting on them to get back to me. Called him and 45 min later he is at my house. Definitely recommend Morris for your plumbing needs!

We called Mr. Morris on Christmas Eve concerning several plumbing issues we were having. He answered his phone by the second or third ring and agreed, without hesitation, to come to our house that evening to provide us with a consultation. He and his helper worked extensively over the next 2 days to help us with a very long list of plumbing issues. He was fast and dependable. In addition, he was very honest about the pricing, and I felt that he made a great effort to find products/parts that were quality, but that would not break the bank. I really appreciate all the effort he made to do everything with such a quick turn around, especially considering the large number of guests that visited our house during the holiday season. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION!

I am true skeptic of using people from the Internet, but after reading the reviews my first thought was "could these be fake?" After reading a few of them I knew that they were real. Mr. Morris was very professional and answered my questions confidently. I went with my gut and intuition an I was not wrong! I gave him a call and he offered to meet with me the same day. Mr. Morris arrived at the time that he said he would even though it was slightly raining. He took one look at my problem, which was with some underground piping that needed to be repaired, he said he could fix it the same day. I am very happy customer and will definitely refer anyone to use his services. His prices are fair. They won't turn you away. I would like to say THANK YOU MR.MORRIS!!!! You truly saved my water bill!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Mr. Morris Arrive 2hrs early. Identified the problem and quoted a price that was more than fair for the work needed to be done. After locating the main sewage clean on the property, he discussed the causes and made sure I understood what he was going to be doing. Within 35min. He said you are good to go (LOL). Thank You again Sir!!!!

I hired Mr. Morris after we settled on the pricing to install 2 new toilets at $550 including the toilets' and I paid $250 in advance. After the toilets were installed Mr. Morris asked for $430 more and we went back and forth and I ended up paying him total of $600 when the actual agreed price was $550 for the total Job. Anyways I paid instantly after the Job was done after going back and forth on the final amount and it's been 4 days I have been asking for the invoice and the toilet purchase receipt so I can present that to the water company but to no avail. Hopefully Mr. Morris will send me the invoice and the receipts after reading this review as he hasn't been answering my calls or texts since he got his money from me. Please stay away from using him. I do believe there are still some honest plumbers out there, it's just that you have to find them. Hope this review help others.

I will definitely be using again and certainly recommend his work wholeheartedly. I know repairs and maintenance are a part of home ownership. However, I sometimes dread having to do certain projects for fear of not finding the right person for the job. However, this was not the case with my plumbing. Mr. Morris is committed, hard-working, honest, flexible and fair! I appreciate all these qualities in anyone that I entrust to make repairs and invite in my home. Thank you very much Mr. Morris!

As per previous review above, I was well pleased with the initial work. However, currently disappointed with follow through on warranty of work after problem arose again. Reached out in Jan. and was promised a visit to look into. Needless to say follow up never occurred.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Not only was Ricky prompt but also efficient and quickly took care of my toilet problems, he also went beyond that service with assisting me. He is my plumber for life! And I would highly recommend his services!

Mr. Morris did a great job. He was very professional and explained my problem in detail on the phone. He also quoted me a price which was accurate. I had told him I needed two toilets unclogged and forgot to mention my toilet downstairs. He did charge me for adjustment in my toilet. He also replaced my water pressure valve. The entire job was completed within 15 minutes. I now have a honest plumber.

My water heater sprung a leak...Mr. Morris was at my house in 7 minutes and got everything under control instantly! Replaced my tank the next morning and arrived with it exactly when he said he would! Very efficient and very professional! I highly recommend him!

When we were in a pinch, due to our water heater leaking, going bad and needing to be urgently replaced, Mr. Morris promptly picked up the phone after hours, came next day and replaced it.
