My LG refrigerator repair scheduled through American Home Shield Warranty was a tough job being a sealed system! Kathy was great to work with, and took care of us administratively from start to finish to make sure the repair got done. Issac was our technician and was professional, experienced, friendly, and dedicated to getting the very challenging repair done by not giving up!

I know the nature of the business is to schedule as many repairs as possible in a day, but sometimes problems take a little more TLC to get fixed!

There were some issues with getting the right part for my microwave - no fault of Fixx My Appliance, they had to work through my warranty provider, who shall remain nameless.

But by the time the third service guy, Allan, came with the right part, and installed, I tried to tip him for his work. He refused the tip, saying I had waited long enough. Wow!

The customer service over the phone was always pleasant, and their service guys - especially Allan, just tipped the scale in their favor. I will happily recommend Fixx My Appliance for future appliance repairs.

The customer service provided by everyone I dealt with at Fixx My Appliance was AWESOME! Tracy provided excellent customer service while assisting with scheduling a technician to come out. The technician, Craig was very professional and efficient. He arrived on time, assessed both my washer and dryer quickly and repaired them both in no time. Thank you both for the excellent service provided!

Definitely recommend! After one cancellation and a reschedule, the technician came to repair my refrigerator. Mark showed up within the window of time promised. He made sure that I understood the necessary repair and the time frame to expect my fridge to be fully operational. Mark was polite, professional & worked efficiently. He even provided his personal cell, if I were in need of additional assistance. This is now my go-to company for appliance repair.

I had never done business with this company before. However, I am pleasantly pleased by the professionalism from beginning to the end. My insurance company scheduled my stove repair with another company I will not name, after 4 hours of waiting I contacted my insurance company and asked for a different contractor. My experience immediately changed from the first call in to Fixx My Appliance, she answered and was exceptionally nice. The tech called me within an hour of my appt window, and I was treated like a customer is supposed to be treated with respect and dignity. The tech that came to my home name was Lamar, his confidence, knowledge and professionalism should be commended.

The first technician did NOT pull out my dishwasher to check for additional holes chewed by a rat in my home that was built in 1910. He told me my warranty would not cover but I asked for the part to be replaced as I know vendors of warranty companies can do since I have been a member of American Home Shield for years. In the meantime we took precautions, called our exterminator immediately who came out immediately, checked our rat bait stations as we are in a test environment put on by the UGA campus, put great stuff under the house and sealed a hole behind the dishwasher with steel wool. When the part was installed, the technician did NOT run the unit. When I started to run the unit, water poured out on my wood floor that was new via a claim the first month we moved in because of hidden water damage from an old water line to the refrigerator. We ended up buying a dehumidifier as our floors started to cup from the leaks. We called back and explained water immediately came out and the next technician saw a hole in the tub and added sealant and told me to wait 24 hours. I was concerned because I didn’t see how water could come out immediately when the tub had not even filled up? Again, when we tried to run the unit, watered immediately came out. The technician that added the sealant came back, started to run the unit and saw the immediate water. He pulled the unit out and found a hole in the back of the unit that was very difficult to see. He was supposed to order the part. After waiting over 2 weeks, I called back to be told by the very rude office manager, Cathy, that she had done me numerous favors by sending technicians to my home at no charge. This manager failed to recognize that the first technician NEVER pulled out my unit to find any additional holes to allow me the opportunity to decide if I should expend money into the old dishwasher or buy a new one?

This company was very professional and passionate about their work. Great work.

Standard practice to ask for the license of an electrician to verify that they are bonded and insured so you don't wake up and your house is burning that you can make sure that the damage is covered well the owner Johnnie talked to me in such a disrespectful manner and told me that I was rude for asking and tried to say that i was being racist when we are the same color I would not use him for any work in my house or anyone-else for that matter if he can be so sensitive and nasty about the inquiry of a license i wonder if they're hiding anything

We had some electrical problems in our home, so we called JL Soloutions. They came in, was very courteous and took care of the problem right away! A very on-time service.

The technician was on time and help to install a new Microwave. He also did some additional work to make sure everything was working properly. I would hire them again for other Electrical projects.

Exceedingly professional!……Electrician was punctual….. he was well versed w/ his craft….10/10 will recommend. JL solutions are definitely at the top of our list for all Electrical repairs and Wiring….Splendid work!👌

Recently, I was referred to JLSolutions after having an issue with my porch light. When I reached out and explained my issue Mr. Kent knew exactly what the problem was and consulted with me about what would solve the problem. After purchasing a new light he came to my home to repair it and noticed that another part would be needed. He went and picked up that part and still managed to have my service completed in less than 1.5 hours. I will definitely be calling for any future electrical repairs.

Even in a small company having owner of the company come out to do the work speaks volumes! We replaced our old fuse box with a breaker box and Johnnie came and did all the work for us. He was on time, did great work and even helped me determine where unlabeled wires from the old system were running. We have had no issues since the work was done.

I had an urgent need for security cameras at my home and reached out to JL Solutions. Johnnie responded quickly. He installed two flood light cameras in the rear of the house and one doorbell camera at the front door. The work was done quickly, the areas were left clean and the products have continued to perform as expected. His quick response and high quality workmanship were very helpful in reducing my security concerns. I highly recommend JL Solutions and will definitely use them again.
