Brayden Bond, from Snappy Services, came to our home today to do an electrical evaluation. He not only took the time to do a full inspection but he provided a comprehensive, three-option plan that gave us flexibility and the chance to budget appropriately. Thank you, Brayden.

I called them out to fix an error code on my tankless water heater. They came out twice and did nothing. I called last week and left a message with the answering service to let them know. No one returned my phone call. The tech who came out the first time was watching YouTube videos and didn’t know how to fix the issue. We’ve had to spend money on calling another plumber out. Avoid this company.

The technician that came out was extremely courteous and kind and he did a wonderful job. I’ve never had any complaints whenever I have worked done from Snappy. I recommend this company 100%..Daniel G
