Mark Sanders arrived and explained immediately what he was going to do. After some catching up; since he had been here before, he went to work. After fall service and coil cleaning he followed up with recommendations and billing.

Brayden did an excellent job upgrading our outdated panel box and breakers and brought everything up to current code regulations! Then, Brayden and Ben did a fantastic job installing the wiring and junction box necessary to switch from a gas cooktop to an electric cooktop. Very pleased with the professional, snappy, and efficient services provided!

Braydon stopped by my house to complete some electric work. He diagnosed the problem quickly, found a quick solution and was very efficient and knowledgeable. Had to recommend requesting him for all future jobs. Very nice and approachable.

Keep looking and definitely don’t get sucked into the membership! We were members for a few years but after the first year, the service was lacking. No annual maintenance checks and no priority or emergency scheduling when we needed it most. Canceled the membership but still tried to support this business ONLY because Benji, the HVAC tech is phenomenal but after having an appointment canceled with no notice I just can’t do it! The schedulers just don’t seem to care or take their job serious.

Daniel G was excellent! He kept me informed about what he was checking for and discussed what he found. He cleaned up afterwards and did a great job reviewing the status of things. My dogs even loved him!

We live in an Atlanta high-rise and the service call was to install a new toilet. The technician found that the flange was cracked and it was a more extensive process. He had to leave and drive all the way back to Marietta for the correct parts. He returned and the repair was completed same day. We use Snappy only for HVAC, electrical and plumbing. So far so good. Daniel G. from Snappy Services, who came to perform a fall maintenance/check-up on my heating and air conditioning system is an efficient, knowledgeable, highly amicable and easy to talk to technician. He did a good job, and gave me some recommended works, though not critical at this time, but may need to be done in the future.

Braydon Bond did an excellent job replacing a burned out electrical outlet.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast.

I needed a dedicated circuit to run my new sauna. Technician Brayden Bond did the job for me in a superior manner and in very little time. And he is so pleasant to work with. With any additional electrical work needed I most definitely will have him back.

I do not usually write Google reviews unless something truly spectacular happens. Things like the miracle of birth or finding a parking spot at Costco on a Saturday. Snappy Services absolutely earned this one.

Here is what went down.
Earlier this year, I had a beautifully tiled office floor installed with radiant heating. It was a masterpiece. Then a tiny bit of grout chipped under my desk chair. No big deal, right? I called the tile company back, out of warranty, and politely reminded their tech to be careful because the radiant floor heating was right under the tile.

This man ignored every word and went full rabid raccoon on my floor. He clipped the heating wire instantly. My warm floor died. My comfort died. My joy died. My will to live was on life support.

He had to come back to fix it. His version of fixing it meant going even harder raccoon. He pulled up tile, chopped the cable into confetti, and left me with a crater in the middle of my office. The scene looked like I had begun excavating for the world’s saddest archaeological dig. I had dangling wires, shattered tile, and an office colder than the summit of Mount Everest. Of course this happened the day before temperatures dropped.

I started calling electricians. Every single one said some version of:
“Nope.”
“Hard pass.”
“Good luck with that.”
“I am not touching that.”

Except Snappy.

Snappy said, “We can do it.”

They sent out a total pro. Great attitude. Zero fear. Pure can-do energy. He patched the damaged heating cable using a replacement section I tracked down from the manufacturer. He rewired it with the precision of someone performing heart surgery. He smiled the entire time. He even re-laid the cable perfectly so the tile crew has a fighting chance not to destroy my soul when they return.

This was an absolute nightmare scenario created by other contractors. Snappy walked in and said they handle nightmares. My radiant floor is working again. My feet shall no longer be frozen. My office will no longer double as a sherpa training camp.

Snappy Services did what nobody else would do. They saved the day. Hire them.

Snappy’s maintenance plan is well worth the investment!!! Their HVAC technician Dewone came for my Fall check, had a concern w my hot water heater and scheduled a plumber to come out the next morning. Dewone, thank you for looking out for your customers. The next morning, JOSH MONK came to service my hot water heater. He was most knowledgeable. Before Josh left, he made sure my hot water heater worked perfectly. Both Dewone and Josh’s services were covered by my Maintenance Plan… there were no additional charges. This is a happy Snappy customer!!

I needed a dishwasher installed, but it turned out I also needed whole new electrical panel and upgrade for my 60 year old house. Brayden and Ben were super sweet, very knowledgeable and explained the process for what was needed and why. I would highly recommend Snappy Services.
