I am truly thankful to meet Braybon, Ben, Adam, Jason, and Dee. I had major electrical work done on my home, and SNAPPY did what they said, "They made me happy!" They did excellent work. If you need electrical, plumbing, or Heating & Air work done do yourself a favor, call SNAPPY! They have a long-term customer in me. You should be also.

Daniel Gazawaythe service man was efficient and thorough in servicing my air conditioner and heater. He exchanged the filter and reviewed the outdoor As well as the indoor units. He was very courteous and friendly,a delight A delightful personality!

The technician Patrick was great. However the company plays games with their pricing and advertisements, hence the low review. We received a mailer for a $59 AC tune up. This cost just covers an inspection and AC filter, not a tune up. It would be another $200 to clean coils, and the cost of the visit is not even waived if you pay for the service suggested. Ask questions and be sure you know what you’re paying for.

I contacted Snappy Electrical through TrustDale. The entire process was seamless, from the initial call to set up the appointment, the prompt arrival of the technician, and the repairing of the circuit breakers that I embarrassingly admit that I accidentally shot. Yes, I said shot. I involuntary murdered my breaker box.
Now back to the repairs. Brayden the technician was superb. He was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to tell me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even took the time to give me a very interesting summary of the workings of electricity in the breaker box.
The service that I received was better than any commercial, I've ever seen on television!
I would 💯 percent recommend using Snappy electrical and Brayden, the technician, as well as using TrustDale.

Their communication is always quick and professional, whether a delay, early arrival, explanation of service, etc. The techs are always honest and provide multiple options but never with any pressure to commit. Today our tech, Daniel, was so patient and understanding waiting for me to rush back from a school meeting. No fuss or issue, just politely introduced himself and again explained the full service, what he found, and what he recommended. We will continue to stay loyal to Snappy!

Brayden arrived as scheduled and immediately was able to diagnose and explain the issue…a blown out GFCI outlet which had cut power to two other outlets in the home. It was replaced and all is good.

Snappy Services was easy to work with and very professional. Scheduling was smooth, the technician showed up on time, and the work was done right. Everything was clearly explained and there were no surprises. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service.

I called snappy plumbing for a waterleak in my yard. To their credit they were indeed snappy and showed up quickly. The tech spent about 3 minutes looking at the issue before essentially giving up and charging me an evaluation fee with no solution. I was later able to find a different plumbing company that quickly fixed the issue.

Kind, ultra polite and professional. Completed everything in a short amount of time, even when I added a few things to the list. Showed me everything they were going to be doing before it was started and walked me through everything they completed after they were through and cleaned up after every project. Will highly recommend Snappy Electric and of course Geraldo and Ben!

Shout out to Daniel G for excellent service in repairing our heater. It took a while to find the issue but he didn't leave until it was rectified. Afterwards, we discovered that the thermostat was not communicating well with the outside unit and he came back immediately to fix that issue as well. Great service with a friendly attitude! Thank you!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Josh. He repaired my kitchen faucet. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I always knew what was going on. His work was clean, fast, and done with real care and professionalism. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also made sure everything was working better than before. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows. It’s rare to find someone who is this skilled and this respectful in your home. I highly recommend Josh and Snappy.

A big and complicated job done extremely well. It was obvious from inspection/ evaluation to removal and installation of old breaker panel that lead electrician Gerardo was an experienced professional with great work ethic. Along with his assistant Ben they communicated and co-ordinated the 7 hour job efficiently and effectively. I am very impressed and pleased

My heat stopped working properly during 30 degree weather and Snappy was able to send a technician that afternoon. Chris was great. He did a thorough inspection of my furnace, identified the major issues and clearly explained my options. He was kind, knowledgeable and considerate.
