Pops Landscaping was a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service has been on a slippery slope downward! From getting a quote on landscaping and updating our house, to deciding they were the company we wanted to work with, each detail discussed was handled professionally and with craftsmanship! They are honest and wanted every aspect of the job done right! I highly recommend them! I haven’t taken pictures of completed work (It looks amazing) but attached are the crew getting the job done! I love pulling into our driveway.

We have had pops out twice once to do our back patio and fire pit…which they did an amazing job and added great ideas like a drain pipe for the fire pit and the beautify stone bench. We then had them come out to do our walkway….again an amazing job. Great customer service also….right after they finished our walk way it rained very heavily…this washed out some of the stone dust, when pops called to check how the job was done I mentioned that the rain had washed out some of the polymeric stone dust and they sent Ovidio (sp?) who was the lead on the job originally….he fixed all the little spots and even some areas on the porch that had just aged a bit….he / they went above and beyond to make sure they did the job right and that we were happy.
I will happily recommend pops for any landscaping needs.

We are so happy with the completion of our project. POPS went above and beyond to finish our yard after we had a pool installed and address drainage issues. They were fast and we are so impressed with the quality of work!

Chris S. was our Project Manager and he really communicated with us throughout the set up and installation. We were blessed with Chris’ A-Team of installers. Jose the Foreman (9+ years of experience) was thorough and focused on the details of the preparation and installation. Santos (7+ years of experience ) and Carlos (20+ years of experience )were terrific and ensured our patio was not only beautiful but built to last. Between Monday morning and Wednesday mid-day we went from grass to the beautiful patio that we will enjoy for decades to come. Thanks POPS for a great experience and outcome.

Scott, Nato, Heather, and the entire Pops Crew were wonderful to work with. We chose Pops over some competitors b/c Scott’s design met our needs in a way we couldn’t even imagine ourselves. I contacted him with questions after the initial consultation, and he came back out to explain his design and ideas, and it just clicked! Our goals were drainage solutions, increased usability, and enhanced aesthetics, in that order. While other companies could address the drainage, we were told more than once that there was no feasible way to get more usability out of our yard, and that we would need to skip that goal and just make what we had look better. Scott’s vision brought our dream for our yard to life with extra icing and cherries on top. We have the most beautiful stone steps, amazingly lush, green grass, a new area for our dogs and kids to enjoy, and the coolest trampoline pad/fire pit area in a spot that was previously a swamp!
Everyone at Pops is professional and responsive. Our project was completed quickly and thoroughly, and it turned out more beautiful than we thought possible.

I had a great experience with Pops Landscaping from start to finish. They turned our incredibly overgrown backyard into a beautiful, usable space. The whole experience was great: I felt like Scott really listened to what we wanted out of the plan and incorporated our existing ideas into the mock-ups, then he worked with us to break the project out into two phases. The install went incredibly smoothly--Nado and the team were friendly, efficient, and perfectionists! They even helped us reuse our existing patio stone, after countless others had told us that we would have to replace it all -- saving us a significant amount of money and avoiding waste. Would definitely recommend!

They were able to transform our practically unusable backyard to a space where we now all enjoy spending time in as a family. The building company they partner with, who built the covered patio, did an outstanding job. Both teams were hardworking, efficient and professional.

David came out and created a low maintenance landscaping plan for our backyard. He listened to our needs and came up with a perfect design that included fast growing and sweet smelling bushes. The stone borders work perfectly with our house color and lifestyle.

His team installed drainage, stone borders, sod, bushes and mulch beds. The job looks very professional and completely transformed our backyard into a lovely, low maintenance space to enjoy. We look forward to seeing how the grass and landscaping will grow in the coming months.

C&M replaced my front porch and did a great job despite cold and rain.

C&M did excellent work and was very responsive. I would definitely use them again.

Good service provider and family business who know how to take care of customers. Expertise in sink hole remediation and OSP construction (residential & commercial). I also use them for ongoing landscape maintenance.

I was impressed with Michael's knowledge and his employees. Everything he told me during the proposal walk through of my property, is what happened.

We have used C&M several times over the years at 2 different homes. Excellent work and the job is planned and done right.

We have the guys at C&M come twice a year to help with the yard getting all the hard stuff my wife and I cant do due to physical limitations, and they do an excellent job every time.

Michael gave a very thorough, accurate and informative estimate of the problem (sinkhole) and the price for the remedy was very fair. The work was done professionally and timely. The estimate was accurate.

I called to request a quote today. It took ~15 minutes to explain what I was interested in getting done at my house, which seemed a bit over the top. Nonetheless, after explaining the services we wanted, we began to search for dates to have someone come out and provide an estimate. The person on the line suggested several dates that unfortunately did not work for us and we ended up about 2 weeks out from today. Ordinarily, this would not have been a problem except that we have other companies coming out to provide a bid and I was very transparent in stating that I worried that going so far out would prevent CM from being included in our decision process. After stating this, the person on the line became agitated and said things like: "we aren't in the competitive bidding process," "there is no point in getting multiple quotes because you're not comparing apples to apples," " if you're basing your decision on price, then I can assure you that we won't be the cheapest quote."

It was amazing to me how things quickly turned a bit nasty all because I was transparent about wanting multiple quotes before committing on the work. Needless to say, the conversation did not end well. I would strongly advise against considering this company for landscape services if their approach is such that they aren't understanding that the purpose of an estimate is to evaluate options.
