This company is FANTASTIC! My project turned out better than I could have imagined. I had the whole yard, back and front, graded and sodded. I got a brand new driveway and back patio. I hired them to address a drainage problem, and not only is that fixed, but I now have a BEAUTIFUL outside space. Michael Staley, the owner, drew up my landscape design and oversaw the work personally. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and friendly. Michael worked very hard to stay within my budget. His and the crew's attention to detail is the best I have seen. I recommend them highly.

IMPECCABLE LANDSCAPING. Jason and Nick managed the landscaping of our front yard and delivered one of the most beautiful designs that was within our budget. They are very detailed in their plans and make the time to communicate effectively every step of the way. Their crew are very hard workers and take pride in what they do. They also do excellent cleaning up after themselves - they even cleaned the street!

C & M Residential recently completed a project in our home where we repaved our front walkway, reset the steps leading to our front door, and added new drainage. They did a great job and we have received many complements. We were very happy with the work, and will gladly work wiht them again on future projects.

I have used C & M Residential for about 10 years now for our landscape maintenance and one-off project needs. Both management and the teams assigned our account are professional, are on site when they are scheduled to arrive, and do a great job, week in and week out. The weekly maintenance team knows my wife and me by name and are always courteous, addressing us by name when we cross paths.

They have done sprinkler, landscape, and shrub projects. We recently had two very large specimen shrubs at our front door removed that had outgrown that space. The shrubs were more than 20 years old and of course were well rooted. It took a team of three about two hours to remove the shrubs. Because my wife and I were reasonably concerned about how our front entry would look, I was outside a lot. I never heard a complaint. And they did a great job. Looks like the shrubs were never there.

They installed our Zoysia front yard lawn 3 years ago and it is now the envy of our neighborhood. They installed a block walkway from our front to the backyard and it looks fantastic.

Their project manager, Michael Teem, is not just an office guy. He pitches in when and where necessary. As a matter of fact, he led the team on site that installed the block walkway. Each stone probably weighed 300-400 pounds each. Again, no complaints from any team member.

One of my pet peeves is lack of communication when something either needs to be rescheduled or something goes wrong. If their communications system works, I am an easy customer with whom to do business. I have only had one complaint early in the relationship. I brought it to their attention and it has never happened again.

Their prices are reasonable, their teams are professional and courteous, and this is one less thing I have to worry about, especially in these unusual times.

I would enthusiastically recommend C & M Residential for your outdoor needs. They will even manage your sprinkler system. One stop shopping.

We used C&M Residential for our lawn-care and related services for several years, and the service has been excellent. They are reliable, consistently meticulous and very easy to work with. The only reason we stopped using them is the sale of the house. Wish they had a branch in the state to which we’re moving.

Great, honest group of people. The whole crew really is great and were super attentive to details. Michael came to my house and helped investigate some suspicious sinking spots in my yard, only to find out they were old tree stumps starting to decompose. They removed all the stumps and backfilled and compacted it proper! Really, thanks to the whole crew. I absolutely recommend C&M.

It’s been a challenging experience when you are working from out of state to get your 93 year old father’s yard to look presentable. In town to check things out and the large stand behind mowers continue to run over the sprinkler heads making them inoperable. Ran the system thus am and half the yard isn’t getting water due to this issue. After talking with Michael they will look into a pressure issue with the lines. Does not have anything to do with the large mower which gave me peace of mind! Excellent response. They are scheduling to get the issue fixed! I’m feeling a lot better now. Thanks

We have been with C&M Residential Services for 7 years. The company and employees have been consistently thorough, responsive, efficient, and professional even through the difficult years of Covid. In the past we had several companies before C&M, and had to change frequently because service was unsatisfactory. C&M was the only one that performed to the highest standards, and we believed for a fair price. We are moving to a community that provides the lawncare services, and so we will miss everyone we have worked with at the company but will continue to refer C&M to others. I used this company to correct some drainage issues and to landscape a portion of my back yard. The design I was provided was beautiful and surpassed my expectations. I had a space of my yard that felt like an after thought and they made a beautiful fire pit area that know flowed with the rest of my yard. The finished product is outstanding and I could not be more happy and satisfied. C & M is the most professional company I have ever worked with when it comes to home improvements. I would/will recommend them to everyone. They have a customer for life with me.

We recently hired C&M Residential for an extensive backyard redesign and to implement a new drainage solution, and have been so pleased with the work they did. They were professional and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. They also made adjustments along the way to best fit our needs. They were worth every penny! Michael, Nick, Abel, and crew were just awesome and we are lucky to have found them. They took a mud pit of a backyard and created a small retaining wall, gave us two beautiful stone patios, and relocated our swing set, all while fixing the bad drainage we had. We now have more usable yard space and are in love with the results! We would recommend them to anyone.

C & M Residential Services quickly and efficiently filled in a sinkhole in our backyard caused by a rotting tree stump. The work was done at a fair price and was performed by a highly experienced crew that obviously had lots of experience working with sinkholes. They also did an outstanding job filling in and compacting the excavated hole and installing fresh sod. Highly recommend C & M!

Our backyard was an overgrown mess and completely overwhelming. We knew it had potential but we didn’t know where to begin. We had Brendon come out and draw up our dream backyard and this fall the dream became a reality. Michael and his team were outstanding. Every day they came out and worked so hard. The crew was always respectful and kind and they always went the extra mile to clean up after the days work. We now get to enjoy our backyard and our new fire pit area and our boys are out running around enjoying our new green grass. We have been so pleased we would recommend C & M over and over again. C&M did an excellent job replacing our driveway and replacing a concrete walkway with a paver walkway. They were competitively priced but also professional and promoted confidence when providing the estimate. Thanks Brendan, Michael and team!

Amazing! We needed our backyard sodded. Nick did a phenomenal job of scoping the job and making recommendations for how to shape and landscape it. The crew who installed the sod were outstanding. Their expertise and skill were readily apparent as we watched our back yard of hard clay being transformed into a lush lawn. We also loved how they sculpted the sod to curve around features of our back yard like a flower bed, porch, and around the base of a large tree. Their attention to detail is what brought the sod and our backyard to the next level. Would definitely hire them again for future projects. They have the right tools, expertise, and professionalism.

I noticed the ground settling and cracking in the back yard of my 4 year old home just a few feet from its foundation. I called C & M Residential because they had great reviews and their website showed that they have handled many of these throughout the years.
Michael Staley came out and instantly new what we were dealing with. He talked me through my options and laid out a rough idea of what I could be dealing with cost-wise and time-wise in getting this properly remediated. I wanted this problem taken care of correctly so I hired them to do the work. They showed up when they said they would and were there every day until the pit was cleaned out, back filled and re landscaped. The job was difficult due to limited work space and accessibility. They had the proper equipment to take care of a job this size and were efficient in getting it completed. The hole turned out to be an old house and its furnishings that had been buried many years ago. The hole was about 30’ deep x 12’ wide x 60’ long. Michael and/or Jason showed up daily to check on the work and ease my mind. The crew was polite, knowledgeable and hardworking. I hope you never have to deal with such a problematic hole but if you do I highly recommend you call C & M Residential.
