We had Sam and his crew regrade the backyard, replace a wooden retaining wall with a stone retaining wall, add drainage behind the wall, install a paver patio, replace boards and posts where the fence in the backyard were rotten and tattered, and add topsoil, grass seed and straw when completed. Their team did a great job and were all fantastic to work with. I also very much appreciate how well they cleaned things up at the end of every work day and the end of the project as a whole. I'll definitely be using them again in the future as needs arise. I've also had multiple neighbors want to stop by and see what the final product looks like and they've been impressed as well.

Working with Southern Standard Landscaping was great. Communication was easy and they responded quickly, scope of work was thoroughly checked and followed, and the job was done well and quickly. All at a slightly cheaper cost than the other quotes we received. You really can't ask for more.

We've used Southern Standard Landscaping for over a year now and they have always done a fantastic job. We have them come out once a month to maintain our property that is lush with ivy and without them, our yard would look a mess. They show up once a month to do the job and we can't thank them enough for how well they maintain our yard. 10/10 would recommend.

We recently moved to a 40-year old build with a lot of overgrowth and a lack of playspace for our young kids. We asked for recommendations from friends in the area. I reached out to Sam at Southern Standard with a small vision and a lot of apprehension about making such a big decision. Sam was with us every step of the way and when we were ready to move on the project, they scheduled us the same week. From Monday to Friday the team was on site from 7:30-5:30 with zero issues and the project manager, Jose, kept me up to date on the progress the whole week. We decided to leave the project at hardscaping and putting in new sod/straw and put in a new fence the same week. Since our sod was dormant at the time of installation it struggled to come out of dormancy despite following their sod care instructions and my own research. The team agreed to come back and fix some of the issues that arose once everything settled in for a few months. Overall, I’m really happy with the product and the investment we made because we spent all spring and summer enjoying the backyard as a family, which wasn’t possible before. We’ve recommended Southern Standard to a few friends because of our overall happiness with the project.

Green Landscaping is quite possibly the greatest company I have ever hired to do anything in my life!! They built a retaining wall, laid our pavers, built a fire pit, and built an arched bench at the front side of the fire pit. They also installed accent lighting, and rearranged our landscaping in any areas where the existing landscaping needed to be removed.

The work they did exceeded even my greatest expectations. Their attention to detail, willingness to adjust plans on the fly, recommendations for potential improvements, degree of integrity, and overall courteousness, are all absolutely first rate. We genuinely enjoyed having them at our house every day. Truth is, we kind of miss them.

These guys are the real deal! Tim, the owner, and his whole crew are professional and show true attention to detail. They did a massive job for me that took several weeks and a lot of planning. Every step of the way they kept me posted and left the job site immaculate each day. If you want high quality work done by genuinely great people, Green is the place to go. We have the best back yard in the neighborhood because of them!

We’ve used Green Landscaping for three projects and the quality of work has been excellent across the board. Projects have included drainage, a waterfall, dry creek bed, sod installation, retaining walls, stone steps and design and planting of trees and shrubs to give some interest to our sloped back and side yards. Tim’s crews work long and hard to get the jobs done right and take extra care to minimize any damage to the existing yard. We love what Green Landscaping has done for us and plan to use them again for future projects.

This was our second time using Green Landscaping. They did a phenomenal job on our backyard. Installed new sod, drainage, pine straw, and gravel under the deck. They were on time, professional, and provided details on how everything was going to be accomplished. Called Green Landscaping to do a large clean up job on my back property. They showed up on time. Did a five day job, in my opinion, in 2 days. Left no mess and did a amazing job.

Green Landscaping just finished a project for my parents. They installed drainage for downspouts, a drainage trench with river rock, a paver patio and removed a couple trees (including a gargantuan fig tree!), put down sod, fixed a drainage pipe and transferred azaleas and hostas! They did a fantastic job! Communication with Tim and his crew was easy and quick. There was an issue with the patio that concerned us and Tim came out and made sure it was finished to our specifications. They were sure to put down protection on the existing lawn so that the equipment used didn’t do any damage. They cleaned up after themselves and were really nice and patient with us. We’re all very pleased with the overall project. I’ll be calling Green Landscaping next summer when I plan to replace my entire lawn. Thanks Tim!

So about a month ago we started the process of a complete landscape makeover. This included having retaining walls put in place to assist with erosion issues as well as curb appeal, rebuilding a stair walkway leading down into the backyard, having a dry creek bed put in place to help with additional erosion issues, laying new sod, overhauling a failed irrigation system and finally building a fire pit that I’ve been wanting for a long time. We enlisted Tim Green (Green’s Landscaping) to do the work. Tim’s talented crew did an amazing job transforming our property at a reasonable price . To say I’m happy is an understatement. If your in the market I would highly recommend!!!!

I recently used Tim to put in a couple of stone retaining walls, as well as a new patio and firepit. Of all the companies that looked at the job, Tim was the most responsive and upfront about the work that needed to be done. His quotes were detailed and delivered timely. It was great working directly with the owner of the business. Once the work got started, I was super impressed with his team and the level of effort they all put in to get the job done. They were helpful with answering questions and taking care of our property. Additionally, the work product was amazing! Each feature was meticulously done by hand and turned out great. All of our friends have been impressed with the final product and transformation of our backyard. I highly recommend Tim and his Team!

We needed our new construction lot landscaped and our patio extended from 15 to 25 feet and added a pergola.. We had privacy issues that needed to be addressed and Tim had some suggestions of shrubs and tree to use. We have never undertaken such a large project before so I had some anxiety but Tim and his crew kept me informed and addressed my concerns. I would use them again and recommend them.

I love my new outdoor environment! My husband, dogs, and I are tucked away among the trees. Tim and his crew did an amazing job of keeping the landscape rustic and balanced with the surroundings. I especially loved that Tim understood what we wanted without too much explanation. In addition to doing a beautiful job, Green Landscaping alleviated much of our flooding issues so we could enjoy our yard. We will definitely go with Green Landscaping for future projects.

Green Landscaping did an outstanding job on our recent paver patio install. This was our first time hiring a company for landscaping around the house. Tim would always respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The crew did an awesome job with the install and made everything look like they were never there when finished.

The final product turned out better than we were expecting and would definitely hire Tim for any other projects around the house. Very professional and highly recommended!!
