My wife and I recently bought our first home together and decided to hire Neal and his team to help transform our landscaping. I rarely leave reviews but was compelled to share some highlights from our 5 star experience working with total lawn inc:

1. Landscaping services - these people are flat out good at what they do. After initial consultations, Neal drew us a custom landscaping plan suited to our taste and executed perfectly. His team’s speed and proficiency at transforming our yard was evident. His experience and eye for details has made our yard something that is sad to leave and wonderful to come home to!

2. Customer service - Neal and his team are extremely professional and emphasize the customer experience. He immediately gave us his personal cell number and has been available with any and all questions ever since we hired him. He routinely drives by to check on things and has texted me tips on when where I have needed to adjust watering strategies. Extremely helpful for a first time homeowner. He even replaced a plant on his own accord that was having a hard time initially and never said a word…again his attention to these little details has been greatly appreciated.

3. Honesty/business integrity - I have been very grateful for Neal’s price transparency and business integrity. He delivers quality work for fair prices and you feel good about trusting what you are getting. After delivery of our landscaping services he made sure to make adjustments on his own to what we owed if he was able to find cheaper/better options (we likely would never have known the difference).

Overall we are thrilled with our decision to trust Neal and his team with our yard transformation, and I look forward to hopefully working with them in the near future!

Neal and his crew performed flawlessly. They were on time and did an outstanding job repairing a sinkhole in our front yard and replacing the grass with new sod. After all their work they left the yard and surrounding areas as if nothing had been moved or disrupted. Neal was easy to work with and his prices were very reasonable. I will use Neal in the future if the need arises and highly recommend him and his company to you. I think you will be as high on Meal as we are.

Great experience with Neal and his crew! Loved his vision for our yard and suggested things we hadn’t thought of. Great communication throughout the process and always talked through any changes we wanted to make. We finally have a backyard we can use and enjoy! This was our first time to use Neal with Total Lawn Care. He was very receptive to our ideas and suggestions. He really did listen to us and what our wants were. We recently had Neal and his team out for a large project in our backyard. We had numerous trees, bushes and junk removed in order to open more space. We were looking for someone to do a fairly big job in our yard. This involved management of erosion and water issues, creating a structure to support and install a hot tub and beautifying the yard. We had some pretty expensive estimates of some groups who didn’t listen to our budget request. Neal came in and paid attention to the budget we laid out. He met with us multiple times when it was convenient for us including weekends. He addressed every concern we had before we started and he worked directly with the hot tub company to make sure everything was ready for the day of delivery. Other companies had told us it would take a month. Neal told us it would take 10 days. He finished on time and under the estimate. Most importantly Neal took the quality of his work personally. He considered our yard his yard until the job was complete. He worked over a holiday weekend with his crew to make sure the job was done on time. He worked with our neighbor as he needed to access their driveway to get to our yard. He was professional and did high quality work. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Neal and his team did an outstanding job improving the runoff drainage in 2-areas on our property. The prep work done on the day before allowed them to complete the remaining work in one day.
The preparation, materials procurement, equipment, and proper manpower allowed his team to perform efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed
our expectations.

I had a wonderful experience working with Neal! He really listened to what I wanted and was always prompt and professional with his communication. He was also very patient when I needed to push the project back a few weeks, he took it all in stride. When it was time to move forward, he came back, went over the plan with me in detail, and then knocked the whole job out in just one day. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Highly recommend.

We have had the absolute best experience with Total Lawn Inc. They make our lawn look amazing!!! And it's not just the grass, it's the bushes, trees, flowers, pine straw, mulch etc. It's like someone from Bush Gardens works at my house.

We are so pleased with the backyard that Neal and his crew at Total Lawn Inc. created for us. We started off with a backyard that was not usable. Neal listened to our hopes for our backyard and created three really beautiful spaces for us to enjoy. Neal was in constant communication throughout the project. He returned calls and texts promptly. We would 100% recommend Total Lawn Inc. for all yard care and landscaping.

Neal and his crew reconstructed our flawed retaining wall and completely transformed the front of our house from an eyesore to something you’d expect to see in a magazine. From the initial meeting to the end of the job, he and his team were true professionals . He stayed very close to the original projected timeline and, most importantly, cost of the project. I can’t recommend this guy enough.

Neal and his team created a beautiful landscape for our front lawn. We suffered for years with fescue and the annual need to aerate and reseed only to have brown grass in the summer. We also had issues with heavy rain flow running across our yard. We asked Neal to provide a recommendation and design for our front yard to solve these problems. The results speak for themselves. We are very happy!
