Total Lawn Inc is an excellent landscape company! Neal Currin is very knowledgeable, experienced , thorough and hands-on. He is a very good communicator in that he answered all our questions and concerns and was easy to contact and responded immediately to texts.
We needed a complete redo of our front and side natural areas and we ended our first meeting with a vision and plan that were eventually executed beautifully. The scope of the work included tearing out old shrubs and carefully selecting new plantings with pinestraw and mulch installation, updating drainage and lighting, and building a retaining wall. The process and timing were well coordinated. He and his excellent crew worked together to complete the job in under the timeframe we anticipated and the clean up was total and efficient.

For years, Top Notch Landscapes has been around as a leader in private and commercial concept landscapes, water scapes, retaining walls and design masonry. Top Notch worked on our backyard design by building a retaining wall of stone as a focal point around a hillside swing. The crew helped clear the overgrown area and selected plants that would lend to the overall aesthetic we wanted for the area. The stone retaining wall and pebble landing design was a highlight of conversations with our neighborhood visitors. It also was a lovely place to relax and retreat from the work day. The crew is hard-working and has Southern charm. They were a delight and gave us exactly what we asked while listening to our vision. I highly recommend Top Notch Landscapes for your low to high-design landscape needs.

Tyler took the vision I had on what was needed to address the front yard sink hole and crafted a detailed solution. Project updates were provided in a timely manner both by email and in person. We had a great experience with Top Notch Landscapes! In 2020 we discovered what we thought was a small sink hole. It turned out to be considerably larger than originally anticipated. Tyler and his team kept us updated throughout the experience and let us navigate and make decisions on how to proceed. We used Tyler and his wonderful crew at Top Notch Landscaping to do two jobs at our house. We had a dry creek bed installed to help with moving a lot of water down the side of our house, and then we had stone steps installed on a hill in the backyard. They did an outstanding job in both designing and offering suggestions that best fit our needs and budget. Tyler was always very professional to deal with. Everyone was respectful of the property. Tyler and his dads company Top notch ,were wonderful to work with! We had another company do a big job for us and when we were very disappointed with how they didn’t finish our yard the way we wanted top notch came in and understood exactly what we wanted and did an amazing job! They put in a retaining wall on the side of our property that expanded the area we wanted for our kids to play as well as did some beautiful landscaping and put down Sod to name a few things. We are very pleased with the outcome. Tyler was very professional, extremely responsive and just great to work with! Id highly recommend top notch.

Tyler was incredibly polite, the best price on mulch I can find anywhere, works with me to get the mulch in the right place, and I could not say enough good about this company. Looking at their website, it looks like they do incredible work on landscaping as well. Go, Tyler!

We recently purchased a home with an outdated retaining wall and a backyard with years of growth. Tyler and his crew freed our space in excellent time. Great communication and respectful of the neighbors throughout the project. Highly recommend!

Tyler and his crew did a great job with the challenges we had with erosion issues. Our back yard does not get sunlight so cannot rely on grass for erosion control. They leveled off the backyard and added underground drainage. Now, when it rains there is no water movement so it has worked out as an awesome solution.

I absolutely love this company. The men made me feel like I was most important and did everything to meet my hardscaping and landscaping needs. A lot of it I just turned over to them to creat and I can not be happier. Hands down they are the best.
