Kat came to my home and we discussed what I wanted. Got a reasonable quote and put on the schedule in a timely manner. Crew came day of install and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. Very pleased

We had them come quote our yard after recently moving in to a home where the landscape had not really been maintained. We Their customer service was poor as I had to reach out 3 separate times because they never sent the email estimate. We also felt the quote was unrealistically high, with no variance in alternate ideas or options. Definitely did not try to win our business.

These guys are amazing! If you can get Andrew, he will do an incredible job for you. I've used them twice for a large landscaping project involving huge boulders, topsoil, plantings. Andrew has a great sense of design and will do anything to make a customer happy. Showed up right in time both times, and brought plenty of workers.

Lack of professionalism and dishonesty. I reached out to receive a quote for some hardscaping/landscaping work to be done, as well as general grass maintenance (e.g. cutting, mowing, etc). To be fair, the young man who came out was professional and thoroughly explained possible options. We agreed on a quote to be built with any potential work to commence after construction of my pool was complete. We also agreed on a quote of $200 per month for weekly lawn maintenance and they indicated they'd begin the service the next day. I even cancelled some competitors quotes as I felt good about the dialogue and potential to move forward with Crawford; pending a formal quote of course. Fast forward two hours later and I've received a call that my home is now mysteriously "outside their service area". The same home they'd been provided the address to at the time of the appointment being set, as well as the same address that they traveled to in order to assess my yard and provide the quote in the first place. To be clear, my home is less than 10 miles from the address listed for their business and if I am outside their service area, why would they come to provide a formal quote? I presume 10 miles is the service area if I were to believe this ridiculous explanation. Completely dishonest. Crawford certainly has an option to decline business if they so choose, however, be forthright with your customers instead of providing a rationale that not even a 1st grader would believe! Unbelievable.

Highly recommend Andrew and his team. I had them do a 6 year mini-makeover. They were responsive, right on schedule, very pleasant to deal with and most importantly did a great job!

Crawford Landscaping did a super job on the landscaping in our backyard. They built a couple of attractive stone retaining walls, graded a hill so we could plant a lawn on the slope, took down a couple of small trees, even cleaned ivy off trees and then cleaned up after themselves before they left. From jungle to a fabulous functional backyard in a single day. We'd call them again in a heartbeat! Thanks, guys!

Let's start with the owner Christian , he is truly a great guy and easy to work with. Has great ideas that he incorporates with what your design plan is. I really can't say enough good about him, and in all honesty I'm a tough person to work , I expect perfection when I have a service done. As of right now Crawford landscaping has gone well above perfection...
I'll touch briefly on his stone / mason crew, Alfonzo & his son hector and cousin are amazing. Alfonzo is 60 and works like a 20 year old and a perfectionist, the pavers and the fire-pit & retaining wall are truly unbelievable, great job and Sue & I are so pleased.
Next up is the sod and pergola, Sod on Friday 5/20/19 and pergola the following week.. I'm expecting the work will be the same quality as everything else..

I have been using Crawford Landscaping for 7 years. They have always been very reliable, easy to work with and provide excellent service. Very responsive to any special seasonal requests. I think I have the best looking yard in the neighborhood!

Our experience was AWESOME! Andrew came out and walked through everything with me. I told him of all the let downs with companies since moving to GA and he assured me that is not Crawford. Well I was skeptical, but boy he was not lying. They were there, had an amazing crew and they even took the time to play catch with my boys for they drove off. Worth 5 stars! Our yard had two issues --- The landscaping was minimal in both the front and back, and we had a section of the yard that was perpetually wet. Austin consulted with me and came up with a plan to address both! His crew came and worked extremely hard for two days. The result: Front & back yards have plants, bushes and trees in lush pine islands. They also installed solutions for the drainage system, and installed pavers for a new area we can now enjoy. Austin and team were a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed the whole way through and I couldn't be happier with the results! All the neighbors want to gather here now! Call Crawford today!

Crawford Landscaping first relandscaped some of our yard. They did a wonderful job and were reasonably priced and efficient. Subsequently, we hired them for routine maintenance of the yard (mowing, trimming bushes, etc.). Since, we've had them replace sod. They have been very, very responsive to all our needs and given us terrific advice. Highly recommend.

Nothing is perfect, not even nature and my shrubs may still look overgrown at times. However, the crew from Crawford Landscaping tries every week to do things that make sense. Unlike their predecessor, they do not need to be told to prune, trim and do certain other things that make my rather large property look like a million bucks. Crawford Landscaping provides services that are as good as it gets in landscape maintenance. Their services are also priced right. I have recommended Crawford to several neighbors with no reservations.

This past summer, I searched online reviews for a landscaping company to remove the rotting landscape timbers in my front yard. I chose Crawford Landscaping, and started an ongoing relationship after they "wowed" me by transforming my front yard. Next came a patio off my rear deck. The resulting stonework is amazing.

I called Crawford Landscaping hoping for advice about rain water seeping into my basement through the doors. Within a couple of hours, one of their crews solved a problem that plagued me for years. After the unusual snowfall this winter, Crawford Landscaping cleared the broken tree limbs and other debris from my yard.

Their prices are reasonable, they honor their estimates and their personnel are hard-working and personable. Working with Christian and Andrew is always a pleasure, and I look forward to seeing them again in the spring. This company will exceed your expectations just as they have mine.

I was looking for a landscaping company to new grass in my backyard and some of the front, found Crawford Landscaping. They did great job my yard looks great did awesome job installing grass sod and fixed my sprinkler system. Also put in drainage system that I had issue ub the back yard. Austin and crew did great job, highly recommended them! the best landscaping company I ever use!

I would definitely recommend Crawford Landscaping based on my experience. The crew completed the work as discussed with the project manager Edras in a few hours. They redefined my property line and cleaned up a large area of English ivy invasion as well as spreading 5 cubic yards of cocoa brown mulch. It looks great and would have taken me several weekends to complete vs 3-4 hours for the crew!! Looking forward to future projects with Crawford.

My retaining wall holding my pool had fallen TWICE!!! We were lucky our pool didn’t end up in the woods. Crawford can and rebuilt the retaining wall and 3 years later it is still great! The guys were very professional and friendly. Hard working bunch

I started using Crawford for my weekly maintenance about 2 years ago. I was so frustrated by the prior landscaping company and their lack of proper care that I started looking at the yards that looked the nicest in my neighborhood. The one thing they had in common was the Crawford Landscaping truck so I contacted Crawford and have never looked back. They do a wonderful job and they are fairly priced. Andrew is very responsive whenever I have a question or need a quote. To me this is rare as the prior company would not respond even if I was asking for an extra service that was additional revenue. They did not show up when expected. Crawford shows up and does a great job. I love this service.
