Tyler and his team did a fantastic job transforming our backyard! They moved our gate to make our yard more accessible, tore down a structure we had no use for, and overall made our yard a space we want to spend time in! He was flexible when problems came up and a wealth of resources when we had no idea where to start. Would recommend Top Notch Landscapes to everyone!

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work Tyler and his team at Top Notch Landscapes did for our property! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to transform our yard.

We were dealing with a frustrating erosion issue due to poor drainage from our gutters, and Tyler came in with a clear, effective plan to fix it. They installed buried downspouts all around the perimeter of our home, and the difference it has made is night and day—no more erosion and washed-out soil!
But they didn’t stop there. They laid down new sod in the previously eroded area, refreshed all of our beds with new mulch, and even created two stunning creek bed features that not only helps with drainage but looks amazing.

We’re incredibly grateful for the care and attention to detail that Tyler and his crew put into every part of the project. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with such friendly, responsive service. I highly recommend Top Notch Landscapes—they truly live up to their name!

Top Notch Landscapes truly executed our vision. We had a massive project with creating a level backyard from an overgrown steep slope! Tyler and the crew were amazing to work with. Tyler provided multiple options/proposals, suggestions, and transparency throughout the project. Chavez and the crew worked efficiently and the work site was cleaned on a daily basis. We had to make a few modifications and timing was extended due to the large scale of this project + weather. The project consisted of a retaining wall, tons of fill dirt/gravel, grading, fencing, artificial turf, and a ~500 sqft patio. There was a ton of work at a great price.

Overall, I recommend Top Notch Landscapes for any landscaping needs. Our new backyard is dreamy and we're all excited for many memories in our new space!

We had a complete re-do of our backyard given our drainage issues, as well as not having usable space for our kids and adults alike. After meeting with several companies, we felt extremely comfortable with Tyler as he offered many ideas and options, but never was pushy. We used Top Notch to grade our back yard and then install a large retaining wall. The wall came out beautiful and we are very happy with the additional flat space it has created. The owner was very helpful with selecting materials and willing to work with us to identify areas we could cut costs. Retaining walls are not cheap but we feel it was well worth the investment. Since doing the wall, we've asked Top Notch to come back several times for additional projects like extending an existing rock creek and replacing the old stairs that go past the wall further into our back yard. We keep coming back since they are easy to work with, reasonable with pricing, and we trust them to get the jobs done right. The before and after pictures attached truly don't do the wall justice!

These are great people who do fantastic work. I've used them twice with outstanding results both times.

Constant billing issues. Never available when I call. You still have to pay when they don’t come every week, especially in the winter when they don’t even need to mow. All they do is a little blowing 👎🤷‍♀️

Christian and his team did a great job at a great price replacing my crumbling railroad tie retaining wall and even were able to grade an area around it a bit to provide more usable space in my backyard. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
