I've used Cleaning by Isa in my home and in my business for YEARS. They've done special cleaning projects for me and also regular cleaning. I have never been disappointed. Anytime there has been a minor issue, Isa has been responsive. The cleaning staff are polite and friendly, and they get along well with my dogs. They are also consistently on time, and Isa is great to work with concerning any scheduling changes or additional requests.

Cleaning by Isa does an outstanding job taking care of any home they clean. The level of detail they give to cleaning every inch of my home is better than any other service I’ve ever used. Not only do they do the standard cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, surfaces, etc., but give the care to clean things like upholstered furniture.
Additionally, they make scheduling very easy and provide great communication. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Isa and her staff. I needed a deep clean of a friend’s apartment while he was in the hospital for a week and they fit me into a tight schedule to make it happen. They did an absolutely amazing job deep cleaning an apartment that really needed it. The team worked late on a Friday night to get it done. More than that they were so kind and thoughtful and left little details like folded roses on the TP and pillow punches on all the throw pillows. After a hard week my friend will come home to a fresh clean apartment and will have one less thing to worry about. Thank you so much, you have definitely made a regular client out of us!

Wow! Where do I start? Michael is an absolutely incredible employee. The Chem-Dry team is lucky to have him. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions, professional and very friendly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and after using him/Chem-Dry once, I was so impressed that I decided to call them back a few months later and have Michael visit my home again. This will definitely become a quarterly thing for my family and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do this service for us. Great company. Cost-effective. Service truly makes a difference—if you’ve had any puppies in your home, this is a must! I’d highly recommend Chem-Dry and I’d request Michael to perform your service.

This is not my first time using Chem-dry and they only get better and better. My technician was polite and knowledgeable. I've had many other companies to clean my carpets before but once I found Chem-dry I decided not to go anywhere else. The owners are engaged and thankful for the opportunity to gain our business. I was scheduled right before Covid-19 hit Georgia and then had to be rescheduled. I couldn't wait to receive the cleaning. I'm glad they're back on track and I hope they are in business a long time so I can benefit from such a great team.

Great experience from beginning to end! Soly was responsive and set an appointment that worked for my schedule, Tristian called in advance to confirm his ETA, was on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets. Very professional with a reasonable price! The ChemDry cleaning process is much better than standard cleaning! Carpets are much cleaner and dryer than our previous cleaning.

My technician was knowledgeable and courteous and did a very thorough job cleaning the 4 rooms I asked him to do and the stairs. He even cleaned the closets too. He was on time too and I could not ask for anything more. A+ job!!

Timely, neat, educational. This was an excellent and competitively priced service! We had some pet urine stains and that was well treated, too.

Chem-Dri did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We had several stains from our son’s puppy which I had tried to get out with natural cleaners. We paid a little extra for them to pre-treat the stains, but it was well worth it. He was very professional, polite, and thorough.
