I was very pleased with the service that I received. My carpeting was, I thought, hopelessly dirty, but to my surprise, they look amazing after the cleaning.

Chem Dry has been our go to for upholstery and carpet cleaning for years. Won’t use anyone else!

We have been having our carpet cleaned by Chem Dry for about 5 years now. At our request, Ricky recently came to our home and did his usual, great job. We are very pleased with Chem Dry because of their business practices and customer service. Ricky has always been punctual, courteous, and respectful. It is obvious that both Chem Dry and Ricky care about their customers and that is really appreciated. Thank you!

I don't leave reviews often but feel that others could benefit from my experience. I am only stating exactly what happened and sharing photos of the work and others can make their own judgement.

I originally reached out to Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning to clean my sectional sofa. The technician came by, inspected my couch and told me he could not perform the work because it is a cotton blend material and water would ruin the fabric. He recommended I reach out to ChemDry. I reached out to ChemDry, explaining my experience with Citrus Fresh and verified that they have the tools to clean this type of material with no water and I was informed by the Office Manager, Solybeth, that they could.

The technician arrived early and was very friendly. I explained to him why the other company wouldn't attempt our couch and he assured me it would be fine, but we might not get the stains out. I told him that was fine as long as his methods don't ruin my couch. I left him to his business and when he was done, he said it would look a lot better when it's dry.

It's been a couple of weeks and my couch cushions are ruined. He used water which he should not have used. The original stains are hardly visible, but the cushion color completely changed from cream to black/green. I have included photos. The small cushions dried to normal color and you can see the large cushions did not.

I will say, someone from Chem-Dry tried to call me once after I emailed them. I returned the call, but did not receive any calls back. As I mentioned to them in my email, I'm not sharing this information looking for a refund. The damage is done and the $200 is nothing compared to the cost of replacing my couch. I simply want to share with them so they can learn from it and share with others who may be looking for upholstery services so they can make their own conclusions.

Did a great job and were on time and efficient. Felt like the price was somewhat high.

Russ did an excellent job! He was able to get the stains and dirt out of the carpet. House smells great again!

We have light carpet in our upstairs and in our steps. We also have 2 dogs and cats. It can get messy.

Since using this Chem-Dry location and Ricky as our technician, I won’t go anywhere else. Not only is Ricky very professional, very sweet and respectful, he is so very good at his trade. He takes the time to do it right and never rushes any part of it.

We schedule our cleanings around his availability- every time. Cannot recommend him enough.

Also, dealings with the office have also been wonderful. The ladies are respectful, polite, know their jobs and are as accommodating as they can be. Have never had an issue with calls not be answered timely, billing, pricing or scheduling.

My poor carpet in my rental hadn’t been formally cleaned in 10 years. I could not be happier with the job that was done. The carpet is all one color again and it is fresh and clean and it looks revived and no longer does my home smell like old nasty.

Bryan came and got a stain off our couch that I did not think was going to come out. Not only did he get the stain out he was very hospitable and very efficient on his time maintenance. It is greatly appreciated!

A yearly carpet cleaning is a must. This is the only company that does them correctly and without toxins. You want smells and stains GONE?! Not just lighter? Got to be chem dry.
