The things I appreciated: The technician communicated his ETA and arrived earlier than expected (allowing us plenty of morning sunlight into the space). The steam cleaning technique and product turned out to be a great recommendation for my linen type frabic. My area rug and love seat were cleaned pretty good.
The things that I did not like: The technician did not have shoe covers. What sense does it make to deep clean carpet while wearing shoes that’s been exposed to outside elements? Towards the end of the service the tech noticed that his machine had leaked water on to the wood floor. He didn’t appear to have towels so I offered him a couple and he cleaned it up. Worst of all, I expressed concerned about my ottoman still looking a bit dinghy. He said he had done all that he could do and to bear in mind that the furniture was still wet but when fully dry, it would lighter. Today I awoke excited to finally see the finished look. Unfortunately, just as I thought, the ottoman was not properly cleaned. Now it’s evident that he did not cross clean it, revealing uneven bands of filth across the surface. Ottoman and sofa does not match in terms of cleanliness. Sorely disappointed.

Hugo Vargas and his team have done a lot of work ( window cleaning, gutters etc.in the Townhouse community that I live in. In addition he has done numerous fix it, power washing jobs for me personally. He responds to phone calls, keeps in touch, shows up on time, is very pleasant, DOES A THOROUGH PROFESSIONAL JOB, and charges a fair price. I will continue to call on him when needed and give his name to others.

They are polite, professional, on time, and can do anything you need them to do! Hugo went above and beyond for me making sure all my big, little, and out of the box requests were taken care of. They completely transformed our basement and fixed many different issues in our house. Hugo is a jack of all trades and can literally do anything!

Additionally, we have 2 small children and it's not always ideal having strangers in you're house, but Hugo is such a joy to work with and be around. Very professional and polite.
