Aside from a little scheduling issue which LoadUp rectified quickly, the experience was great. Loaders were efficient and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Christa contacted me after I needed to change my mattress size for the pickup only hours after sending in the change request. She was able to get me a refund for the difference, which is REALLY nice. Then Khider called me on his way to my house for the pickup to let me know he was coming! I have severe anxiety and this helped me SO much. He and his assistant were so friendly and helpful! 10/10 experience!! I will be using this company again in the future.

LoadUp is a great service to get rid of donations before a move. We had 2 great pick up crews. Today’s went great with Denis and crew.

Nathaniel was very sweet. He let us know he was on the way, loaded my king mattress with clean mattress cover and said he would donate it. I do hope some of these good condition items get donated.

Two great guys came and removed a bulky, very heavy & ancient fridge from my basement. They had to remove two doors to do so and also took care to avoid damaging walls, etc., with only a couple minor scuffs, to be expected.
I don’t want to hear about the fake wage gap. These two MEN are just who you want when you need something heavy hauled away.

They were even earlier than expected. Kept in touch with multiple texts. The drivers were courteous and efficient. The mattress is being returned to the manufacturer. They had covers for it to prevent damage in pick up and future shipping.
