Michael from LoadUp assembled a bed and frame for us and removed all the packaging. He was on time, worked efficiently and did a great job. He would have removed the old bed too but we were donating it.

Great job and well worth it when you need to get rid of items. Called one day and they were out the next day. Team that showed up were very good. I was able to get rid of old couches and table. I would use them again. Price for what they did was reasonable.

Easy to schedule online and plenty of availability options. Got a call to confirm and text when en route. My window was 12-4 and came right at 4. Guy was professional. Great service.

Garvi and his helper started the yard debris removal as scheduled. They were very respectful and pleasant to talk too. They worked efficiently and finished on schedule. I will use them again for my next project.

The guys who moved our mattress were amazing, smart about it and experienced, and we were grateful that LoadUp
could help install our mattress even though our location is far from any urban centers. We would have given this service a 5 if LoadUp had not cancelled our scheduled time twice due to lack of personnel in our area. It would have been helpful if they had some kind of policy about rural areas taking longer due to the difficulty of staffing more remote areas. We were also a little surprised about the lack of staff since we are in an area with tons of vacation rentals and tourism, and multiple moving services available locally.

What an amazing team. We had a large project with 5 floors of junk and they did it without a single incident. They were polite, fast, and professional. It was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I paid for them to pick up a 2 piece sectional L shaped sofa. Part of the sectional had a small part in the end it's part of the second piece it fits together on the end it's about 2ft wide.
The huge cushion that fits that whole side goes on top of it. So I considered it to be 2 pieces still. it doesn’t add on.. it's not an ottoman it's where you sit.
They refused to take it, and didn't even offer for us to pay and add it on. So, we have a 2ft piece to a couch and no cushion for it.
Not happy.
Need better customer service!

LoadUp made junk removal way easier than I expected. Scheduling took just a few minutes, communication was excellent, and they answered my questions promptly. The crew who picked up my items was on-time, professional, and incredibly quick. Great service all around.

First time using LoadUp as a removal service and couldn't be happier. Had a box spring and mattress that needed to go and they went. It was easy to book the appointment online. Chose my items, what needed to be done, date and time frame, the quote provided was very reasonable (they break the price down for you in an info box), paid online and I was done. They also offer setting up the appointment and quote via text or call and providing pictures. My pickup guy Derek was prompt, courteous and prepared. Couldn't have asked for an easier experience. Oscar redesigned our yard to be more functional and easier to take care of. The hard scape work is incredible and we get so many compliments. He chose and installed all the shrubbery and trees and makes sure everything is maintained properly. I highly recommend Oscar for projects and weekly lawn care and maintenance.

Su tree has done numerous projects on our property, each one was done with precision from beginning to end , yesterday we had 2 trees removed and 3 giant water oaks trimmed and all dead branches removed, all debris removed, couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome
