Great company! Always busy and on the move!

I paid 460.00 to this company. I haven t received no work. This company refuses to give my money back. Tears. Widow with 12 kids. No air condition repaired. Just took my money.

Absolutely terrible service, I paid him over $10,000 for HVAC and plumbing, he did a terrible job on the plumbing, everything had to be replaced. The HVAC work was started and never completed, he kept coming up with excuses for not coming and finally stopped answering or returning calls,. The majority of the work that he did will have to be torn out and the new company said that the materials that he used were outdated and very poor workmanship. I'm taking him to court and filing a complaint with the state. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR TRUST HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, UNLES YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

My AC went out at the hottest time of the year I called on Atlanta King, Vincent came out that same day assessed my situation and the next day he came out and installed a new unit. My house is a lot cooler and my electric bill has dropped significantly. Thank you Atlanta King for making my life much easier. I will highly recommend Atlanta King to anyone.

My wife and I had just moved into our house but started having problems with the heater. A friend recommended Atlanta King for service. Vincent came out and accessed the problem and corrected it. Wife and I plus our dogs were warmer the next day. We have Atlanta King Cool is on our speed dial. Great service and very professional.

Received my maintenance for A/C check. I thought I was needing a new control board, but, Ronny saved me $800 by double checking my upstairs thermostat that I installed. 2 wires were not attached and all was well. Thanks guys for another great service year. Highly recommend.

We scheduled an inspection for mold - as we were able to smell musty odors. Someone came out and did a very thorough inspection and told us where he found some initial mold. He was very helpful. However, he said we would have a report of findings and he would review with us the following week. We never received a report, I texted him many times and heard back twice he was working on it. Then he stopped responding. I spoke to the nice woman in the scheduling area multiple times, but also never heard anything back. It has been almost 3 weeks and the last 3 days of no response (I only get voice mail when calling now). I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

A/C unit was not cooling. Ronnie came and checked the unit. Determined the unit was low on Freon. Recharged and tested. Great service.

We just moved to middle Georgia. When we arrived at our house from a cross country move it was very cold and the heat wouldn't function. Ronnie helped us right away get our hvac working correctly. I highly recommend this company.

I had a very informative and helpful phone discussion with Alex which was better that any other "experts" I have talked with prior. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable, wanting to work on cleaning an environment in a systematic way. Not only did I learn much on removing mold from my house but on other environmental matters as well. If I didn't live in another state and lived closer, I would definitely use him to assess and remediate in a heartbeat. I've had experiences with other remediators and there are truly only a few who know what they are doing, as Alex, especially when it relates to health issues. Also, I was blown away that Alex would give his time to help me even when I am unable to have him come to my house due to distance. He is a winner!

I was referred to Alex and Healthy Air by a health professional to discuss a potential mold and mycotoxins issue in a family home. Alex spoke with me for more than 30 minutes and provided a wealth of information. He gave me some inspection tasks and asked me to send photos. He also requested the ERMI report I mentioned and the Mycotoxin panel. From that he was able to come up with an accurate assessment of the house environmental situation even before a professional air quality/mold survey was done. I've done a lot of research and know Alex is a true expert and professional and I'll continue to work with Healthy Air for a remediation plan. BTW, I'm in Seattle.

We had Alex come out when our house had a chemical smell. He was paid by the rental company. He went in my home took pictures and dug through all our personal belongings. He used equipment that was not properly calibrated as you can see in the pictures. He found 2 year old crafting items opened them took readings with said equipment that was not calibrated. But when he took pictures of his equipment in the room that we believe the smell was coming from he turned all the lights off. We can't tell in most of the photos we're he took the pictures of his equipment at all. He then wrote a report up of his facts and proof. Which he noted in a sealed container was what he called a drop cloth that was used for crafting with paint and epoxy. But what he found was a $250 event tent in perfect condition only used a handful of times. When I found the proof of his equipment not being calibrated he said that meant it needed a bump test which you can see in the pictures that's not true. He also then said oh he was just speculating in his report now that I'm getting a lawyer to go after the rental company. But I will make sure I add Alex and this company into my suit. His false report has gave the rental company false information which is ruining our lives. Do not use this company unless you want to get a false air quality report. He can't even use his equipment properly. He is not expert at all.

Have used Healthy Air for over 20 years! Great company. Dependable, knowledgeable and reasonable ! No regrets ! Ronnie Martin is the best!
