Wish pick ups of equipment and part's was faster

They have had everything that we needed and the prices are reasonable.

Said they can't sell wholesales Unless you have an account with them and on the door is says wholesale only

They only sell to HVAC contractors, not to the general public. And nowhere on the website or maps page does it say this.

Johnstone Marietta provides 5 start service with every call, every order, and every pickup. I highly recommend you come to them for your HVAC needs. I work for an HVAC company and I always call Johnstone FIRST!!

They never answer their phone. Very rude.

Bob came in on Sunday afternoon holiday weekend great attitude very very helpful. He is one of the reasons I use Johnstone a great deal.

My HVAC contractor from PA Propp was able to get the part needed for my HE AMANA furnace at a VERY reasonable price IN STOCK for a system 10 yrs old :)...Not only is my contractor the BEST in Marietta Ga,but so is his go to PARTS WAREHOUSE!

I would leave a better review if they would actually sell me something. It is their choice not to take my money. So, I took my money to Grainger instead.

Experts sales folks help get parts working

I came here and I had my order taken by Kenneth and then he threw my receipt over-the-counter which I found very disrespectful. I don’t know because I’m black or because I’m a woman but Kenneth if you see this respond and let me know. He could’ve put it in my hand, but he decided that wasn’t good enough.
