Great help when the heat or air is not working. Andrew Graham with Graham Plumbing and HVAC is 3rd generatation plumber and hvac tech. Helped me keep my furnace and hvac running longer until i can replace it.

Very professional and knowledgeable the guys showed up on time and did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. What I like the most is that Andrew has always shot me straight on the issues I’ve had come up. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

I called Graham plumbing to get a quote for a new Carrier condenser and HVAC system for the basement. His quote was not only affordable, but he was quick with coming to our home to check out the system, give us the quote, and set up installation. His guys were very professional. When the thermostat didn’t work, for some odd reason right after installation after the workers left (it was working when they installed it), the owner came back out to work on it himself and got it working ASAP. It was a quick and easy fix. We discovered a pipe leak while he happen to be there and he gave us a quote and came back the very next day to fix it for us. The icing on the cake was a leak we had from the master bathroom that wasn’t caught or told to us, due to our careless home inspector, which caused us to not be able to use our bathroom the entire time we have lived in the house June 2021-now 3/15/22). We called three plumbers and bathroom renovation companies to look at the leak and they all claimed that I just need to redo the bathroom. They gave us quotes for $15k +. Due to the of replacement of 2 HVAC systems since we have been in the house and a 3rd one that needs to be replaced, we could not afford to renovate the bathroom right then and there. Graham plumbing took a look at it and told us the shower drain just needed replacement and that the entire bathroom didn’t need to be replaced. He was the most honest person that checked out our bathroom. He came in and got it fixed ASAP for us and after 9 months of not being able to use the master bath, we were able to use the master bath again. No leak. It cost us a couple of hundreds to fix the drain (the actual problem) v. $15k to renovate the entire bathroom (the lies told by other companies). Very unfortunate to have to write this. We attempted to remedy directly but I have been ignored with no further responses. Our business contacted Graham PH & C to repair our AC unit in the summer. A board was replaced at a very high cost. Literally 2 weeks later we had to call again and the company claimed the freon needed recharging. Even though he had just checked 2 weeks prior and the unit is only 2 years old. Now I am over $2200 in repairs and the unit stopped cooling again. I called another company that advised who ever worked on the unit put us at risk through bypassing wiring and that it was quite haphazard. Since the other company repaired the wiring and completed the job correctly, I have not had an issue but it all came at additional costs. All I asked for was a portion of our dollars back. It is not just the cost but the risk of something potentially happening that would be catastrophic from improper wiring. The response will probably attempt to twist the events but we have full documentation and pictures. We have been nothing but cordial and unfortunately ignored.

We had a gas leak under the deck, and called Graham Plumbing(which we were referred to by another happy customer). They came out that day and noticed that this leak was from a rusted gas line. This could have been dangerous, if not corrected quickly. They replaced the rusted pipe and fixed the leak. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonable on the price. Our toilets were making some weird noise, and this company came recommended by a handyman we had previously used for odd jobs around the house. They were able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem (very old toilets needed replacing, gave me two options for that), scheduled a day to come back and replace all 3 toilets all in less than a week. They were professional and courteous. John, who did the install, was a great communicator and a delight to have in our home. Would absolutely recommend them and use them in the future!

Recently, our main fourteen year old A/C system failed and I was in search of a replacement. We had used a large Atlanta company that installed and maintained the system over the years. As I was collecting replacement bids Graham Plumbing Heating and Cooling was very competitive and half of the price of my former company. I have asked Andrew to take over our preventive maintenance program and he is now servicing both the unit his team installed and our secondary system. Amazing work! We hired Graham Plumbing to replace a broken toilet and they were professional, on time and very fair priced. The new toilet was installed but ended up being broken (water would not stay in the bowl). They came back out and replaced with a new one, putting the broken one back in the box for return.

Had my gas hot water heater replaced. Reached out to Andrew and he immediately responded and said he will stop by and take a look at it the next day. He did and explained in detail what the problem was. He was able to fit in his busy schedule and replace the water heater the same afternoon. I know especially right now how hard it is to get any kind of service let alone same day service. Had my entire HVAC system replaced by Graham Plumbing Heating and Cooling. The crew was on time and very professional. They put canvas down to protect our carpet which we really appreciate. The furnace is in the attic of our home, so that makes it much more difficult. They got it all done in about 4.5 hours. So glad I used them. I believe we saved between $1500- $2000 using Graham instead of one the big companies.
